Den Dirigenten hätte ich sehr gerne als Musiklehrer in der Schule gehabt!!!
Ich hatte in Musik immer die gleiche Note: "nicht erteilt". :-(

nach diesem unterhaltsamen Abend , ändert sich der Blickwinkel auf das Werk ein wenig. Herr Orozco-Estrada versteht es, fröhlich, das Publikum in seinen Bann zu ziehen. Diese Art ist hervorragend geeignet junge Menschen für symphonische Musik zu begeistern. Die Aufführung wurde mit stehendem Ablaus durch das Publikum belohnt. Manchmal hätte ich mir weniger Tempo gewünscht. Bernd Riegert

I despise this work. It’s well written, but, over performed. The 7th and 8th are better works.

Sounds like you over listened to it. All 3 are certainly masterpieces.
Why do you think it is over performed? Why? Let me tell you: because it is one of the best symphonies ever written in musical history. That is why.
