My grandfather introduced me to Mrs Brown’s Boys. I remember the first time watching it my grandpa, dad and I were all rolling on the floor laughing hysterically 😂😂😂
I love that the woman with Mrs Brown at the pub talking about lesbians, Winnie, is actually married to a woman in real life. Cracks me up every time. Like Nathan Lane in The Producers, who is gay, chasing “little old ladies” and telling a woman who just sang for him that “even though we’re sitting down, we’re giving you a standing ovation.” 😂
I am sure your questions have been answered but the one thing it took me a long time to understand was that his/her daughter on the show is actually the stars wife. That blew my mind. Lol I use to watch Benny Hill. Back in those days it was really the only thing on late night TV. Back in the 80's we didn't have many TV stations so nothing to choose from. And I remember at midnight the TV stations went out until 6am the next morning.

I've loved Mrs. Brown's Boys for a while now, LOL! Bought the complete set on DVD when BBC finally released them for region 1. And yes, "Agnes Brown" is a man in a wig played by Brendan O'Carroll :) And really, these shows aren't very old as the first episode was just ten years ago. I watched Benny Hill as a child too :) Have you ever watched a BBC show called Dave Allen At Large? That one is hilarious too. It's another I used to watch as a kid. As far as her son's she has 4 of them and they show up a lot in the regular episodes. Also her Father-In-Law lives with them too and she's always asking him stuff like "Why aren't you dead yet"? I'd certainly watch along with you if you decided to watch individual episodes :) and try to answer your questions like I tried to here.
