Neil deserved this. All Dodge did was try and help him out with a payment plan and Neil was ungrateful about the whole thing.
This can't be part 8, cos the end of part 7 was Dodge setting the shop on fire... The next time we see him, he turns up in a car as the new fletcher foster kid, so there's been some scenes missed out here..........!?!!
We also need clips of him kicking that whiney Simon out of town.
