A correction if you are making at home! At 0:20 instead of pulling the side fairing, press down on the centre of the plastic pin the holds the side fairing in place.
A lot more to come! 😄 That’s just the preparation of the bike. I just came back from a Bosnia and Montenegro after completing the TET(Trans Euro Trail). I’ll also share the trip and all mods made to the bike here on the channel. Thanks for watching!
Great video, glad I found your account as a new 300l owner. Question - is there a way to still use the passenger footpegs with these side racks installed?
That’s right. It’s the same procedure for the Rally. I’m happy with it. Just completed a long trip in August and had no problems at all. I used it in combination with the Mosko Moto Reckless 80.
@RoiaMoto I just started fitting mine tonight and yes, it is the same procedure for the Rally. BTW the "wire" you refer to at the base of the foot pegs is called a " split pin". Many thanks again for your help. 😊
Nice! Glad to hear you’ve installed yours! What you think so far? Are you combing it with any side luggage? Thanks for the “split pin”. Had no idea how to call that 😂
@RoiaMoto I'm only as far as removing the battery at this stage as it got dark. I feel that the pannier racks and rear rack are very well made as they seem to fit well so far. I had a look at luggage and think that 21 Brothers may work well for me as I feel that Mosko Moto are a lot more expensive. I'd be interested to hear your experience with them as if they are worth the money I may reconsider.
I got the chance to see the “horseshoe” shaped bag from 21brothers in person. They will definitely do the job. It is good quality stuff. How can I say… they are just less “refined”. It is straight up a bag with straps. That’s it. There is nothing wrong with it but I definitely can see why the Mosko Moto gear costs is more. There is no other way to say… the Mosko moto stuff is not cheap but I am very happy with my reckless80. I promise you that there will be a video here on the channel before end of the year for the review of the reckless80. If you are not in rush to buy a luggage system now maybe wait until then. It will be a very detailed video with a hands on approach. Glad to hear so far you have a good impression of the Adventure spec stuff. Are you in Europe, US or Australia?
Hi mate, It’s a limitation of this side luggage support. To access the toolbox you need to get one of the bolts of the side luggage support out and then flip it up.
Here is how I carry my tools: www.roiamoto.com/toolroll
Thanks for checking it out! Would love to hear your feedback!

Hi mate and welcome to the channel!
Unfortunately that’s not possible with this product.
Nice demonstration. Im lazy, i would of cut the pin off....
Glad it helped!!
I have no angle grinder to cut it but that would indeed be faster.
Thanks for that. I have a 300 Rally, I presume the procedure is similar for that model too?

Very good, but who to access the toolbox ?

What a terrible design
Hi mate
What you didn’t particularly like about the design?
