Cool training session! 💪I especially like the kettlebell rotation drills, and the log lift, of course. Smart move to chip off the bark in the places where it caused bruises and abrasions 👍

Thank you Florian!! I love the kettlebell, I attribute kettlebell training to my mostly injury free time in Strongman so far. I built a great base from them, trail running, and swimming.

I tried to find the coolest cartoons to watch with them when they were little.
