There are Ranches like this all over Montana, Colorado Wyoming, Idaho and Texas.
You can not only make money from cattle or leasing land but some have hunting and fishing guide operators.
Beautiful!
..and Nevada, Utah and North Dakota
@@grumblesa10 Basically every area that isn't the south west or new England. And there are ranches like this in California as well, just not so much the southern nevada/utah/arizona/newmexico region
My son has a Scottish beef ranch in Idaho. Its beautiful.
@@jishani1they have them in Maryland and everywhere else I can think of
Of course you can have Internet out there. For $26,500,000, you can afford to have fiber ran to every inch of the property
Hahaha I reckon if we all chip in..
Why is everyone seemingly oblivious to the fact that Starlink satellite internet with 1 gig+ speed is available for $150 a month or less anywhere on the planet....thank you Elon Musk...
No wires needed!
Even Dish Network
Why bother when there's Starlink for $800

I suffer from clinical depression and I am consumed by thoughts of taking my life, so I am so grateful any time something can give me a break from these thoughts. Watching your videos has lifted my spirits for years. Your positive attitude, humor and good energy is a gift in a sense, and I can't thank you enough for the many hours of peace of mind and joy you have brought me. I sometimes worry that you will stop making videos, so hopefully you can continue doing this for years to come.
Please know suicide is not the answer. Please continue trying to get help. I suffer from suicidal ideation and I have had extensive therapy learning to tell those thoughts to shut up.
Life is hard and there are days the thoughts are loud but please remember you are worth more than you think.
Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus!…I pray healing for Nat Pat and Darkness Lord Father….by the authority of your word..and by the power of your blood and the power of the name of Jesus!!!…I command every suicidal thought, fear, and anxiety to leave them right now in the name of Jesus!!!…I bind and rebuke every evil spirit, and darkness that is coming against them Lord!!!…May they feel your joy and light upon their lives Father…..we thank you Jesus for their healing Lord God..I pray many more blessings and years to them Lord…we worship you, honor you, and praise you Father….Thank you Lord Jesus 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Hang in there friend. I have lost my wife, daughter, and son all before age 38 and I understand depression and the hopelessness that you may feel.
I try to remember the last 35 years as they struggled with countless surgeries and years of debilitating chemotherapy. I was an Army Medic and did all their home cate and sat with them all those years in hospitals all over the region.
I never once heard them complain and they fought to their last breath. My daughter had witted away to 70 pounds but still attended class at a university. She had a friend carry her into classes and then carry her to her apartment.
She only stopped a week before she died.
I am sad beyond words and thought of taking my life too but then remember how much they struggled to live. I have the Privilege of living and no matter how bad I feel, it makes me realize what a gift life is… even when it sucks.
You are not alone feeling the way you do and I hope you find peace and are able to carry on with your life.
All the best friend….
Go to a doctor. My GP saved my life.
I live in Paradise Valley. Honestly, the video doesn’t do the scenery justice. Thank you for doing this, Adam, and keep up the outstanding work!
I grew up on a sheep and cattle ranch in Montana, albeit one not as grandiose as this one, lol. Our farm is located in NW Montana, near Glacier National Park, and then went to university in Bozeman, just north of this location. My wife and I drove along this property and general area when we were getting our undergrad degrees at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. We had good internet on the farm in the 1990's, and this area is full of land owned by artists, musicians, actors, etc. they probably have amazing internet access. Since leaving Montana, I have lived in Alaska, Washington, Colorado, Texas, California, and Oregon and you can find more reasonably priced versions of cool ranches like this in all of these states. You have to be pretty rugged and down with extended periods of quiet solitude to be happy living in places like this. I definitely miss this kind of lifestyle after living in cities for the last 20 years.
There are 7 ranches in the USA over 275,000 acres. The largest privately held ranch in the world is in AUSTRALIA at over 6 MILLION ACRES!
That is an amazing ranch, and the price isn’t bad considering all the land you get
Around $9,000 an acre which really isn't bad, especially when you consider some plots that are just 1 acre near cities are 10,000 with nothing on them.
@@devision1488 exactly
@@devision1488 what! highway robbery when you consider how much land like this used to be before investors and flippers invaded the market my parents bought 8 acres of land in South Florida for $4000 back in 1997 now its worth $200 million thats insane

It's all fun and games until winter arrives. 😂
lol, yeah, they didn't include any winter video in here.
Winter there is a big factor. Def need the second winter place in Sedona....but looks like they can probably afford that too.
Ranches tend to grow animals (cattle, etc.)
Farms tend to grow crops (wheat, etc.)
But Ranches may have some crops and Farms frequently have some animals.
Ngl, this made me sooo homesick. Born in MT and lived there till I was almost 9 and the memories I have are the best. Nothing but wide land with beautiful nights. So many great memories. I deeply ty for reacting to this one cuz I always feel like MT gets so overlooked, and it's kinda sad, It will always be my home and I'm thankful you helped show my home state in such a beautiful way. Always much love bro.
My brother was born in Livingston and we both went to school in Gardiner when we were kids. Beautiful part of the world. A lot of the movie "A River Runs Through It" was filmed there.
The last time I was in Montana (was driving from CA to MN) there was a severe thunderstorm, a couple semi trucks blown over in the ditch. We had to pull over into a gas station because it started raining so hard you could not see. Then, a a funnel cloud arrived while a bunch of us were taking shelter in the gas station. Shit started flying all over outside and one woman's windshield got shattered. It was a pretty fun time. It is a beautiful state though.
Coyboy hat on top of a ball cap =. Priceless! 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
We got big ranches in California too! In the rolling hills before you hit the Sierra Nevada Mountains, there are ranches galore! In the winter, the lands become a beautiful green and they get so lush. It does get hot out here in the summer, but the cows don't seem to mind.
I grew up on the family ranch that’s 3,500 acres but not near as beautiful or extravagant as the Sitka Ranch. We are blessed to have it though.
A very dear friend of mine owns several hundred thousand acres in Montana - one single piece of property. Yes, I said several hundred thousand acres and yes, that is accurate. Im pretty sure theirs is the largest single family owned acreage of land in the state. Their ranch is absolutely beautiful. Endless and beautiful. But man is it cold as hell in the winter. They also operate a cattle farm, plenty of horses, book hunting & fishing trips, book for weddings, have crops, among a good many other things. Its just absolutely gorgeous. Its almost an unfathomable amount of land. This is a steal at 26 mil for the home and the functioning, money making business that comes with it; not to mention the self sustainability. I'd be surprised if it stays up for sale long. Some wealthy person will come along and snatch it up. Let's hope they keep it as is and not parcel it out, or ruin what it is. That seems to be happening a lot these days. Hoping it's an honest and good soul that buys it.
2971 acres is tiny by the standards of big cattle ranching operations. Many are ten times that size. For those unaccustomed to American land measurement units, that's approximately 12.25 square kilometers, or about 4.65 square miles.
The fictional Dutton Ranch of "Yellowstone" TV fame was roughly a million acres - approximately the size of the American state of Rhode Island.
2,971 Acres = 12.02 Square Kilometers!!
Strand Ranch was always my fave video to watch. A few years old now and sold. But wow! What a dreamscape.
Was hoping you would see this one. Ither great ranches in Colorado and New Mexico have videos out as well.
So beautiful!
I work for the Reel Rejects and other popular channels on YT. Yet my wife hates watching YT channels but she loves yours Adam. It’s because you’re a natural man.
Keep growing your channel and you could fly to Bozeman. Nice folks out that way. Very helpful when my truck broke down camping with my son up in the mountains and wasn't able to get cell phone signal. 🤠
Montana is one of the least populated states in the U.S. It's common for people to move there who want to "disappear," live off the grid, who love their privacy, etc. Militia groups are popular there. Montana is known as Big Sky Country, because of the wide open views. Winters can be bitterly cold, but if you can stand it, Montana is a beautiful state to live in.
Montana is absolutely stunning. I visited the state once and was in love with it. If peace and tranquility is what you seek, this state is for you. Actually, 26 million isn't bad at all.
Agree. It’s only about $900 per acre. Where else can you buy land for that price.
Just remember, Montana gets cold in the winter. We hit -30c this last winter.
I used to live in Pray, Montana. The views are stunning in every direction.
Adam, listen to me, I grew up here! Bozeman isn't really small, it has roughly 40,000 people! The mountain range is pronounced ab-SAR-kee. To go to Yellowstone NP, you only have to drive half hour. When the narrator says shop, it's not a store! Shop is where maintenance & repair of equipment. The difference between a ranch and farm is farms raise crops for income, ranches raise livestock for income. The cost of this ranch is $26.5 MILLION.
You can actually buy HUUUGE tracts of land in a similar topography in Wyoming for far less. I am talking a few thousand acres for anywhere from $50K-$100K; sometimes for far less. But you often have to build your house/cabin on the land to live there.
Watch out for grizzlies and mountain lions in this area!
You think a place like this doesn't have Internet? Shoot. They probably got the best of the best.😂
Not to mention that you are right next door to Yellow Stone National Park. With all the beauty it has to offer. It's a freaking paradise. I would literally consider giving them my left foot in trade for this place.
Howdy y'all from the Great State of Texas 🤠🇺🇸
You should go to a dude ranch sometime. There you can rent a cabin, ride horse, do all the things a western ranch does. Many exist in the US. Loads of fun.
Believe it or not there are still areas of open range. It's not uncommon for a herd of Elk to stop traffic on Elk Mountain in Wyoming. Or any place they decide they want to go. They're a sight to see.
It’s actually at the end of Yellowstone National Park crossed over the border to Montana.🎉
We don’t have a ranch but my FIL owns 40 acres in North Georgia! It has its own pond!
My husband and I want to buy the 20 acres next to him so we can have a larger family property!
Ranches don’t all look like this. Your US vacation should include staying on a ranch like this.
What am I looking at then?
@@MoreAdamCouser that’s like the mansion of ranches
In the Rockies from Northern NM all the way up to Montana/Wyoming do. I know because I actually grew up in the Rockies. He’s talking about the actual ranch, not the house on the ranch when he’s saying this.
@@MoreAdamCouser In the Rockies from Northern NM all the way up to Montana/Wyoming they do. I know because I actually grew up in the Rockies. What you’re watching, yes they do look like that in the Rockies. I don’t know what the other guy is talking about. Maybe ranches in the plains like Texas or Kansas. Yet the ones in the Rockies like you’re looking at in Montana definitely do look like this. I lived in the Rockies, they do look like this. You’re right.
@@3rdjrhHe wasn’t just talking about the house man, he was talking about the ranch as well. How the RANCHES look like, like the wilderness. Not about the houses man 🤦🏻♂️ You really thought he thought all ranch homes looked like this? Wow.
Our family ranch is not even close, 30 acres, Pearsall, Tx. But it’s a ranch, which is kinda the point.
4:46 You’ve Been . . . ⚡️Thunderstruck⚡️
Can I come again, please? 😂
I live in Norther ontario ,for internet we use starlink satellite perfect connection🎉
The double hats is great!
We have a lot in Washington State; just be sure to understand which climate you want. We have the rain forest side or the high desert side.
I know you enjoy checking out scenic things and I hope it's okay to leave this here but you might want to check out desert drifter he has some pretty cool videos of his explorations and you get to see a lot of country
Don’t worry, most Americans live paycheck to paycheck, only an increasingly small number of people can afford shit like this.
#EattheRich
Adam, check out the 6666 ranch. Partly owned by the creator of Yellowstone. Some Ranches you drive for miles all on 1 ranch
4:06 If you've got the $27 million to buy this place, you could get fiber internet ran to it for a couple more million lol.
I love this video. I feel like I am watching Adam lose his mind. Lol
🤣🤣🤣
I live in gardner Yellowstone park is a great place and is so much fun
Check out the KING RANCH, 500 SQ. MI.
Adam, since you thought it cost $50mil, you'd be getting it at nearly half off at $26.5mil. hehehe 😂
Let’s go halfers?
I was expecting a 2 bed 1 bath apartment at that price with the current housing market in Montana…
Wow the walk-in shower was gorgeous😮
You should react to the show Yellowstone starrring Kevin Costner its on a huge ranch and a great show i didnt think i would like it because Westerns arent my thing but i loved it thats how good it was
It was listed at $25.5 million and sold for $19.5 million or something very close
Adam makes some of the best content. 💚💚💚💚
Yes its one ranch
I'm mostly surprised that you don't know what a irrigation pivot is..
A what?
You mentioned the round tracks in the field......its a irrigation pivot very common in Canada and the US
This is tiny and cheap compared to the King Ranch in Texas. It's 825,000 acres and valued at $1.1 Billion ...
Money comes in second to deciding Worth, in America
If Worth > Cost, Just Do It.
Holy wow!
Now show the ranch in the winter.
about 12 square kilometers
Big smile bro.
You want to cry. I'm sobbing.
Texans love ranches .
I want to get that lady to narrate a crackhouse tour
The land alone is more than 4.5 square miles.
Do you know L3WG? Another British YTer that has been reacting to the same videos as you. We had thought 5 mil but holy crap!
need to check out the house called "the one" and react to that beheamoth lol
I \am familiar with this area… \and this price is quite reasonable for what it is.
If yellow stone national park volcano ever goes KABOOM.....EVERYTHING THERE INCLUDING EVERYTHING IN THAT VIDEO.....GOES BYE BYE....AND YOU WOULD NEVER SEE IT AGAIN....YELLOW STONE IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE CLOSE TOO. NO WONDER ITS FOR SALE!!!!
Sure you can buy it. Just sign the check.
it looks nice but its way to open for me I need more trees or houses near buy I get that its a Ranch and they need to be big and open like that but it's just no for me
I’d have to win the lotto, it would be a dream to have something like this. ❤
This ranch is selling for $26million.
Honest question as an American. Why don't y'all Brits come here? You'd thrive. And you want your own land as bad as we do. It's not perfect here but it's big enough to make your own way.
Worth the price though.
I think King Ranch is the biggest.
I need to see!
Its 26 million +
One question.... Why the devil are you wearing that cowboy hat backwards???
Check out the show yellowstone
One of those cases where if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it. 😅For your info, Adam less profanity will play better to a US audience & boost your matrix. Which is odd since so many cuss like sailors here.
Sure you can buy it as long as you can afford 26 million dollars
I just need to acquire that first..
"Can I buy it?" No. No, you can't.
26.5 million
Halfers?
not even one of the cool expensive homes, there's a compound in colorado thats self sustaining. they even show the fancy plumbing.

Okay now watch a video on what will happen if Yellowstone erupted
Kanye is selling his ranch huh?
but you are Northern Irish
I think you are watching real estate videos.
Close yr jaw😅
You can do it
If i won the huge lottery and invested well, i might be able to swing this as my only property. Maybe. That is a gorgeous piece of property, but its essentially malibu for outdoorsy people.
Shut up and take my money! Now someone loan me the money!
Hahahahaha
I'm on the same boat as you lol ,, or I would if I could afford the boat
Check out our coastal beach homes. My sister retired to Edisto Island in South Carolina and it is truly beautiful with so much nature where you can visit a state park and horseback ride on the beach and it’s close to Charleston, SC.
Hall and Hall always has a link to the property for sale in the description of the video. I have been watching videos from them for years and they never disappoint. They have to be the coolest real-estate company around.
dude screaming "how mooch is it?" every 5 seconds was the best part.
Knowing beforehand that they weren't going to reveal the price made it even better.
