    About Yogic Gurukul:
🙏🏼 All things Yoga, philosophy, and spirituality.
Yogic Gurukul aims to provide online Yoga education through videos, books, and workshops - all centered on classical Yoga philosophy and Indian culture. We believe that the spiritual teachings of Yoga are an essential human need and help us to know ourselves from the inside out. To us, Yoga is much more than just a physical asana practice - it is a mental and spiritual process - catalysed through philosophical study, meditation and pranayama. Our aim is to teach a holistic Yoga practice, and be able to transfer the knowledge of Yoga as presented in the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Geeta and Hatha Yogic Texts.

Great! Love your deconstruction of Patanjali's sutra. Ritambhara Prajna is really fascinating where understanding, thoughts, intellectual activities all fade away, so we can't say surely that this Prajna originates solely in our brain. Yogi's whole body may become receiver of this intuitive experience ( we can't say knowledge due to absence of thoughts & understanding). There is more knowledge in our body than in the brain. Thank you for this video 👍👍

Madam with due respect to you a humble request please see yogi anand videos on what actually ritambhara pragnya is and how one can achieve it. Its not a joke and is not easily available off the shelf. Humbleness again if you are indeed a serious student of patanjali you will explore this angle

Dear one… rta refers to the rhythm of this reflection of reality (the universe). Bhara means full of. What that means is the alignment of this intelligence (buddhi) with the rhythm of reality. In simple words when the intelligence is aligned with this moment instead of processing memory is ritambhara
