AMTK 174 (Phase VII Heritage Unit) Leads Amtrak Cardinal 51 through Cincinnati OH

On 2/23/2024, I got heads up that the new Amtrak Phase VII Heritage Unit was leading AMTK 51. AMTK 51 is the Cardinal that runs Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but gets to Cincinnati, OH on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays around 1:31 AM and it originates from New York, NY and goes to Chicago, IL. This was taken at the Cincinnati Union Terminal Station.
