Don Adams (1923-2005) was an American actor, comedian, and director, best known for his role as Maxwell Smart in the television series "Get Smart." Before his acting career, Adams served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and later worked as a commercial artist and stand-up comedian. "Get Smart" was a popular spy-spoof series that ran from 1965 to 1970, earning Adams three Emmy Awards for his performance. Adams also provided the voice for the character of Inspector Gadget in the animated series of the same name. In addition to his acting career, Adams was a writer and director for various television shows and movies.

Great Comedian and great man. Semper Fi Don Adams! RIP!
This video does not in any way describe how he was a very complicated man, nor does it highlight any particular tragedy in his life. It's repetitive but really only summarizes his career, and doesn't contain any material that's not widely known. Not much value here.
You forgot to mention the show from 1985 where he was manager of a grocery store. The show was called check it out and then later on they had a reinvention of get smart. It didn’t last very long but it was pretty cool.
I grew up loving this show in the 80s as a kid.
I grew up loving it when it was new and fresh and Don Adams was the funniest guy on TV.
