2-3 slices deli ham
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 heavy cream
1/2 half and half
1/2 cup grated parmesan
cheese tortellini pasta
pepper to taste
really simple recipe with minimal ingredients
lightly fry up the ham, add the garlic, turn off heat first, then add the cream and half and half, turn heat back on low, add parmesan and continue stirring, remove from heat, add the boiled tortellini with a little pasta water as well, mix add pepper and that is all, enjoy!
