What are the differences between the residence apartments and the serviced apartments and if you wanted to change the layout are you allowed to knock down walls etc.
Serviced apartments are furnished. And owners gets all the services like housekeeping, valet parking, etc. Also service charges are higher for serviced apartments.

In Downtown I would chose Sky View.
Address JBR is the only one with access to the beach 🏖.

As a resident you cant use the pool. Whats the point of paying service fee without service
