Mr. Greene, your books have deeply influenced me, made me crush doubt and travel way beyond what i thought were my limits. At 30 years of age when I first read Mastery I realised the the pursuit of mastery was my true calling in this life and because of that I experience the sublime in multiple ways. It made me learn new skills, become better with people, start and maintain vipassana meditation, re-kindle my love for martial arts and start jiu jitsu at age 34, come back to my childhood passion of drawing, let go of many unhealthy thought patterns and teach some of what I learned to others. I am immensly grateful for your input in my life Sir, and I bow to your sublime nature in reverance.

@@Chris-gm4hk part of my point is that watching or reading self-help books is a form of false sublime and perhaps indicates a form of content addiction. incidentally, I was eating pizza and energy drinks.
the comment I made was an attempt to rehabilitate the moment from false sublime to true sublime by being transgressive. having explained it to you, though, I have now reverted back to the false sublime. forgive me.

Mr Greene, the way you describe the sublime reminds me of Carl Jung's integration of the shadow, or initiation as some esoteric teachings put it. In them, as if almost from another dimension, an explosion of connections happens in the individual that makes him perceive things in a very unique way about the world and his role in it, just as some masters in their fields create things that are very difficult to imagine and experience a constant new kind of nirvana.
And just by reading your books and letting myself be transformed by your teachings and experiences makes me adopt you as my teacher. Thank you

This reminds me of the idea presented by the 28th gene key Totality.
"When you meet life through the Gift of Totality, you meet life as a game to be played or a stage on which to act. This is life lived as a romance - a romance that includes both comedy and tragedy. There is a deep sense of thrill that comes as you progressively face your inner demons. Your demons, as we have learned, are really your angels in disguise. Every situation in your life is devised as a form of initiation that allows you either to remain as you are or to evolve."
"People aligned with the 28th Gift have the wonderful knack of handling adversity lightly. The more deeply they accept each feeling of fear that comes the lighter they grow and the more love they feel towards life."

My twin brother just passed away. I am now looking for experiences to appreciate being alive. I now stay away from unhealthy TIME WASTING activities. Being with family and friends takes away missing my brother. I do things to take away the 5 stages of grief to fully appreciate living for the very short time we get on this amazing planet. What fills your cup? What makes you feel alive? How did we evolve to the stages of grief and how can we reverse engineer that grief to have the sublime experiences that we desire?

Take care Robert, you are a good and wise man we need to awaken us to certain realities. Here is one for you Robert, after 10 years, and well over 24,000 hours I have proved something terrifying. Since the 1200s in England, virtually every important historic event in GB, and the US have been timed to the Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and Celtic calendars. Gods and Goddesses Robert, with an emphasis on etymology, and the Etruscan Discipline as the backdrop for an amazing degree of DC, Banking, and assassinations. To say it is disturbing is an understatement, but knowing your love of history I thought it best to let you know. PS, the debt market is about to go nuclear.

I get a bit frustrated hearing how long the book is going to take especially after all the little snippets Robert has been dropping about it since the daily laws dropped...2 years is a long time to wait but I now feel that to truly understand the book, there are certain experiences that I need to go through first to truly appreciate the law of the sublime/towards the sublime. The first time I read 48 laws, it didn't have as big an impact. It was entertaining sure, but I was too young to understand the message it was really trying to say at the time due to my limited life experiences. I feel the same for this new book. If it were to come out next month I wouldn't be ready to truly appreciate it.
