Wendy’s prices have Exploded and quality has plummeted. It’s $6 for the double stack and $7 for the bacon double stack now. Both were $5 as of 2022. Also the meat quality is worse and the patties are thinner. Unjustified
Here’s my justified tip: Step 1 - Find a BK and McDonalds preferably near each other and have both apps downloaded Step 2 - On Wednesdays, you can get a Whopper (regular or impossible) for $3 from BK. And McDonalds Large Fries can be had daily for $1.50 so that’s about $5 with tax for a LARGE FRY and Whopper. If you can wait 10 minutes (time restriction to use multiple offers in the app for McD), you can use their other offer for half price on a 10 piece nugget for $2.
@@ltzJB Yea, deals are set by the store owners, some owners own multiple stores. Near me we have 2 McDonalds in the same zipcode/city less than a mile apart with wildly different prices for items and both are always packed as they're in near shopping centers.

If you are waiting for the $1 dollar menu to come back, you are living in a fantasy land. Even stuff in the Dollar store isn't a dollar anymore. I'm surprised that it took McDonalds this long to come up with this, Wendys has had $4, $5- and $6-dollar biggie bags for years. I worked in service stations, Pepsi would always give us good deals, Coke would not. I think with McDonalds and Coke it is corporate arrogance, they both figured people would buy their product no matter what when reality slapped them in the face, they were slow to believe it or react.

I recommend you leave a review with a bit of evidence describing the quality of any places near you. Come back in a month or two and trust, the chances of them messing up your order are very low.

They should just honestly discontinue the small fries, except for happy meals. It’s such a sad amount of fries, I’d rather have nothing at all. With only a few pieces, the taste would make you crave more, but it’ll be gone before you’re satisfied 😂
I worked at McDonald’s six months ago and their kids fries is this tiny red container but you get three apple slices. Back in my day their small fries were in the kids meal. I was always getting in trouble for using the wrong container! 😂

Try saying SUB MAC SAUCE on the MC double and it is a cheaper big Mac also the double stacked taco at taco bell is a gordita for less than half the price and comes with spicy tortilla strips
The mcchicken tastes spongy because it’s chicken product not real chicken. Kinda the same stuff the nuggets are made from. As an adult I will not put processed meat products into my body.
So many people complaining in the comments. But it's $5 for 4 items, so $1.25 each, basically a modern $1 menu but forced into a bundle. People saying its not enough food/glorified kids meal, the bundle is --1000-- calories, that's more than enough for one meal... $5 doesnt even buy a medium specialty coffee these days, the pricing is perfectly fine. My only complaint is that I dont like Mcdonalds nuggets, Wendys is better, they should let you substitute an apple pie/sundae/whatever.

Considering that they have yhe 2 for 3.99, and i normally get a sandwich and nuggets, its sorta justified with the additional 1-2 dollars for drink and fries. However, if you dont want fries, just get the 3.99 and i believe all locations have this and the 1.50 drink deal and get more for 50 cents more or less.

I'm honestly surprised I can still get a meal that fills me up for less than ten bucks. Two mcchickens, one with cheese, a mcdouble, and a medium sprite. Only freaking reason it's not $13 is because they have the bogo deal on the mcchickens but they still charge ALMOST A DOLLAR for a slice of cheese which is outrageous.

That chicken sandwich is probably very dense because they would have used as little chicken as possible and made the batter over it really thick to cut cost, but give the illusion that the customer is getting more for their money. It will be spongy because thick batter never fries and crisps properly

I tried it with the McDouble for $5 and used a $2 off a $5 purchase in the app. So $3,30 after tax. As a bonus they put 6 nuggets in the box. Justified.

My location has the McDouble one for $5 as well. Justified especially considering you can sub in mac sauce and add shredded lettuce to make it into a poor man’s Big Mac.
That chicken sandwich is probably very dense because they would have used as little chicken as possible and made the batter over it really thick to cut cost, but give the illusion that the customer is getting more for their money. It will be spongy because thick batter never fries and crisps properly
