Dying to know if displayport is better than hdmi for pc to tv gaming. Also, if I have a displayport (10gbps), is there a reason i should use that over a thunderbolt (40gbps) port? Does every thunderbolt port have display port capability?
U can understand deliberately ignoring mini USB but I was hoping for a detailed history of ports. Although I wouldn't expect things like the Kennedy interface...

You left out the Micro USB Connector. It looks like a trapezoid with 2 pins sticking out of the longer base.
