It's a well done version of fellow Nova Scotian , Hank Snow's song who mentered Elvis ....Elvis greatly appreciated everything Hank did for him ...However , he was lured away by Parker ..Had Elvis stayed with Hank he would have been better off ...

Great rendition of an Elvis song. It’s very hard not to imitate Elvis in his songs, but Engelbert made it his own.
He really nailed it! Engelbert developed a style of his own. Pity he went on too long with his career, with very weak performances in recent years.
