Beautiful work. I would be concerned the walls of those sleeves are so thin that normal silicone hose clamps might distort them if over tightened.

Got yourself a HASS, good job. What's really impressive isn't the 7 minutes the CNC can do it, it's that YOU have spent the 2+ hours doing them by hand. Programs can be written in different ways, & someone who has never had the hands on manually doing it could never predict certain quirks and potential flaws due to approach or running steps out of order........

Ever done the RobBeck style 13t conversion with 9b? That's an interesting one for my 95. If it's affordable you could pull some business on the 3si forums. Everyone wants the 9b's out.

I don't plan to advertise for this market, because it's one of the harder markets to keep the money I worked so hard to earn. The upgrading the stock housings is very time consuming and challenging. I would say it is the most difficult build to do because the tolerances are so tight with the inlets.
The other reason is because I had some bad luck with 2 sets that I built a few years ago where the cars had either junkyard heads off blown engines installed or something of that nature where the oil pump pressed rod bearing flake directly into the turbos causing the thrust bearing to clog and the turbos to blow oil as a result. There is a lot of risk in building turbos and doing upgrades for older vehicles, as most of the time the customs bought a car that was someone else's problem.
The risk is that I can lose all of my money and time invested in the build, all the money I paid employees, and all of my money in parts. I do some of these builds but it's rare. I had the same problem with the Dsm's. usually I only build them for shop owners who have a relationship with their customers cars which minimizes the risk involved in a build like that.

I have a VW with a 2.0 common rail diesel. I love it but I am looking to upgrade the turbo, since it is mounted directly to the manifold is there a hybrid option out there?

+Martin Jacks no. You are best off getting a stage 3 manifold and evo8 or evo9 turbo if you have an srt4
