We just love our job, mostly because of the great people we have been lucky enough to meet over the years like Bill Rethwisch and his family. Luke Rethwisch is an impressive kid and have grown up in the Trucking industry and we think he might just love it more then his dad!

Ive never seen a more confident kid driving a truck, he is normal about it too its so cool
When I was thirteen my Dad was work a 2nd job at a trucking company. He got me a job of washing the truck and trailers. One day the owner of the company was there when I backed a tandem up to the dock. I jumped out of the cab and the owner wanted to know who I was and I explained I was his truck washer. When he asked how old I was and I said 13 he was flabbergasted. So, I took him over to the garage where my Dad was working and he told my Dad I drove the truck better that most of his drivers. 😊
LOL
That's great
And when you we're 8 he taught you how to shoot a gun...
“I just like drivin em. I think it’s fun.”
Same kid, same.
@Gkramos Ps4 name kenworths are better
@@mightypies4NO PETERBILTS ARE BETTER KID YOUR BAD

Home taught, not school taught.
It’s not recognized by insurance, or the government. But it’s the best way!
He’s lucky to have the opportunity.
I’d trust him with my trucks......and he’s 13. I know 40 year olds that can’t do what he does, and they aren’t trusted in my equipment!
My hat is off to you!!!!!
True
Raising them up right. Hell my brother just turned 30 and can’t change a tire on a car. I’m 23 and wanted to learn growing up from my dad cause I know he won’t be around forever so I’m gunna have to learn how to do my own things. Do my own vehicle work, carpenter work, house work etc. This kid will go far in life.
Dat real nice bro ok
That's a kid that has trucking in his blood very impressed I give that kid 5 stars
Trucking in your blood. Anyone can learn to drive that. All uber drivers are switching to it lol
No soy boy there! Dad Is Proud!! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!! I prey this spreads.
Awesome!! We need more kids like him in his generation!! His parents should be proud!!
I remember my dad letting my drive his 87 Peterbuilt when I was 15 with his 52’ hooked. I was immediately hooked. Of course we were in “Mexico”. 😉
He's growing up to be a fine young man. His parents should be so proud.
Absolutely. 🌹
Blessings to the talented kid and his parents.
Amazing! When you have a DAD in your life and able to do... Bless you guys!
Luke that is incredibly Awesome!
I think Luke and his brother should be featured in a Peterbilt commercial and an air tool commercial! You can’t beat that!
Like Luke I grew up on the truck as my dad was doing Coast to Coast going the West Coast, East Coast, Milwaukee to Galveston by age of 10 . A number of kids were on the road like that with their folks. And most were experienced moving trucks, changing trailers, changing tires and doing some relieve driving.
That's a father right there doing an amazing job with his boy's! How intelligent and respectful them kids are is something you don't see everyday and the the parents must be extremely proud but hats off to them as well bc they are doing a hell of a job!
Good guy who has a great father..
Respect!
My uncle had two daughters so I was assigned to be the young trucker.
Great days, far in the past.
I drove one with my dad during the summers when I was 14. Loved it
Same here just I drove a quad axle dump truck, still love it
That's what I call having a great Dad good lead they will succeed

Also @ 7 yrs old I pulled our trucks in and outta the shop for service and repairs . Parents owned 25 Pete's and Kenworths. Way Too Coool 😎 ....Love It...Last Of A Dying Breed .....
THIS is what having a father in the home will do for you. Look at this kid just bloom. Dad must be so proud! Great expectations and what a future ahead for you bro. Subbed thanks to Asian Mai. I'll be watching!
13 yrs old! I’d run team with him. He has the look of a professional to be! I know his dad is proud!
Hello how are you doing today and how is the weather treating you over there?
I grew up in a trucking family and that's exactly how I learned when I was 11. I'm 40 now and im the last of the generation to carry on the family tradition. Diesel runs through my veins
I’m 13 and I have been driving since 7 and I drive my dads 2007 Pete 379. My dad trust me to the point where I could show off on 65 mph roads near the yard
Another job well done Luke keep on trucking, and keep letting your little brother be a part of what’s going on!!!
wow this kid energy and love for trucks is just amazing. this is how it should be thank you for sharing this video.
Way to go, Luke. You handle that like a pro. My hat's off to ya!
Hello George how are you doing today and how is the weather treating you over there?
Right on my man LUKE, unbelievable, if it wasn’t filmed,no one would believe it , made my day, thank you and God bless you
At 16, I crossed the scale going West bound into New Mexico while my brother- in -law was asleep in the bunk. I was supposed to wake him up before Port of Entry, but I was having to much fun, he was so pi$$ed.!
At 16 I drove a 1973 KW conventional from Nashville TN back to Wisconsin it didn’t have power steering it had a 290 Cummins with a 13 speed pulling a Fontaine spread axle with the old walking beam suspension covered wagon the son of the owner of the company got his first ticket for driving a semi without a license at 13 years old he would jump in a rig and follow his dad or one of the other drivers down to Chicago or Gary Indiana to the steel mills and get a load of steel and run it back to Wisconsin and deliver it
😆🤣 🤦🏼♂️ prey for green light
Wow

That is so awesome to see the next generation willing to work there but off in truck! Good for him!!!!!
Very impressed with his attitude with the driving of the truck he had full control and to see him go at those wheels like a boss. My hat off to you sir, well done.

I love this video! Great to see the younger generation doing what we got to do growing up. There is not enough of this today. Handled that rig like a pro!
Loved watching this kid moving that beast around his dad must be super proud I know I would be if my boy was still around and drove that beauty!
Would love to see more of Luke driving. Lookimg for the one where he moved the tanker truck.. He is a talented 14 year old and would like to know more of his back story.
Hello
When I was this kid's age, and even a little younger, my father drove an 18 wheeler to transport bulldozers, excavators and other heavy equipment. It was old Tatra 138. These were the times when Poland was under a socialist system and very few people had a private car. My father taught me to drive on various trucks, but I remember this Tatra best. The operators of all the vehicles that my father transported also taught me how to drive. So far, and I am over 50 years old, I can ride almost anything I get on. When I watched this movie, a tear in my eye spun, I am so young, this boy reminds me. Best regards and please for your mistakes, but English is not my native language.
I ain’t trying to down on the kid because I’m 16 but I’ve been doing work on trucks with my dad since I was 7 and driving then in private property since I was 7 too, so I know how he feels, it’s always a nice feeling moving a truck and trailer and working on them
Starting so young, he will make a great Truck Driver! Way to go Luke!
Love it. Now theres a young man thats gonna amount to alot in life. Great job man
Love to see this still going on, where I live you have 12 and 13 year old boys and girls driving big trucks hauling farm equipment or grain to the elevators and they do outstanding behind the wheel.
He taught that kid will bless you
As a tire tech for 7 years he did awesome, just teach him to snug and use a torque wrench. Wheel offs can kill besides that I bet his dad is a proud man.
This dad is raising his boys right. At thirteen this kid knows more than most CDL drivers I know.
I can remember going by WC Fore’s shop with my dad in the 70’s and 80’s. His drivers came in on Saturday and washed trucks. You would see all the drivers kids driving around the yard moving trucks. Cotten use to say they will work for me one day too!
Badass nice job Luke I’ll be seeing you on the road here soon son!!! Great work.
i love that 11:28 walks into the bay and motley crew is playing
I’m 12 and my family owns a towing business and my today was my first day driving a tow truck. I’ve driven cars and stuff but never have I driven a flatbed. If it’s an automatic then it’s the same as a golf cart. I like knowing that my dad has trust in me to drive a brand new 130,000 truck
Awesome to see young man interested in trucks and driving.
I just came across this video you guys are great your son's are awesome you are raising them well, God Bless y'all!! from Myrtle Beach S.C.
Great Video! I will have to look them up here in Wisconsin. You all build some beautiful trucks!
I’m impressed...with the dad and son both. Teach em young, the right way and give them a taste of what you do...it is great fellowship for a dad and son(s). He will be a better driver as a result of his dad’s teachings. 😎
Hands down too that young man,do your thang youngin 💪 💯 bless you an your family,
VERY COOL!!! These kids are a product of great parents.
I wish I could've been able to drive a rig like that at 13 lol, seems fun.
He want to keep cool out on the road. That’s awesome. Good work.

Awesome job bud!
“What do you want to be when you grow up”
Kid: “A truck driver”
Big aspirations kid.
LMAO
Thats always what I wanted to be too lol, not all of us have huge unrealistic dreams such as being an astronaut lol. Some of us live a more simple life and just do what we love for a living
@@ArcticCatsRock true, some goals in life are just unrealistic.
@@David_F97 Yep!
that kid is amazing, well done luke!
He raised his kid well.godbless you dad
I learned to drive without a clutch at about his age back in the day. But not in a class 8 truck, I learned in a small farm truck that had a synchromesh transmission, but all the synchros were worn out
That’s badass. Here I am at 14 happy I can drive a pickup with confidence, but he can drive a semi. That’s really cool.
Good for him. Great to learn...I was driving my Dads Mack r model at 13yrs old 10spd on the highway with a trailer load of milk...
Kids Driving a manual! I love it! And they trust him with brand new rigs! AMAZING! This kid WILL HAVE a fleet of trucks. NO DOUBT!
An exceptional 13 year old master hand right there. Cheers Buddy!
This guy was born to truck no doubt about it.
Take him on the road let him grow some more. You'll find yourself a franchise with this nifty driver right there...
That’s awesome!!
This what having a good dad looks like.
Awesome video I had fun watching
Loving this video, watching from Jamaica 👍🇯🇲
That’s the best video yet!😂😎
Great video , I love ur channel , keep it up
Hey Luke you drive better than any gear swifter I seen on the roads And God Bless You All and God Bless You families and hope you All are staying safe during the virus crisis.
At least he puts his 4 ways on when he backs up,,a lot of drivers out on the road don't have the common sense to do that so others know there backing up.
Trucker etiquette that is taught from old school truckers.
ya its pretty cool that he knows that. A bit ago my reverse lights quit working in my squarebody for a bit so I just used my 4 ways instead since i knew thats what youre supposed to do
@@ethanblackmore8789 what is your squarebody if you don’t mind me asking?
😆
That young man needs his own truck. OWNER OPERATOR!. success is really right on his shoulders thanks to all the knowledge he has gained from yoall. Stay humble and fear God. Dont leave without a prayer. Love watching your videos all the time so keep em coming
DAAAAMN, Billy's Green & White Pete looks BADASS!!!!
Luke reminds me of my friend who installed a lift kit and wired up some running lights in his neighbor's truck when he was 13.
Kid says he gonna whip a u-e! Confident😂
Good to see family profession carrying on ! Gave up farming to drive a rig no family to pass it on to!
