5 years ago i decided i want to be the best boxer i can be and nothing will stop me. I won't go into details but a lot happened . There was a time when i couldnt sleep thinking what happens if i dont make it i was willing to work full day for it had everything planned
Then a lot happened . Everything went against me. I was struggling to even stay sane. I was diagnosed with many mental health issues too which required me taking drugs but i didn't take em cuz i was so scared that this might go wrong for me too. Last 3 years were a nightmare . Now at this point of time idk where that feeling went to be a great boxer or the passion. Honestly feels like an old dream from my past life because of the trauma i faced. But i won't lie boxing was the battle i lost but the other battle of my life i won and I'm proud of myself to be even alive rn and well off. I used to come back to this video all the time as a teenager with dreams. The dreams are gone but Ik one thing for damn sure i gave it my all i did everything and I'm alive healthy and happy rn

@@khalid6605 hey bro sorry hopefully im not too late, by quiting food i tried fasting for like 5 hours, then 8, and so on until there was a point where i taugh myself somewhat of a discipline and went on from there (i can get more in depth if you want), also depending on what your goal is eating can change and so can workouts, if you want to get bigger you would need more protein intake (also creatine is good for building muscle) and eating more but make sure its healthy. if you need more help im here
@@shriharihudli hey well ive made pretty amazing progress! im now 185 lbs (and you might think oh wow thats nothing did he sit on his ass all day) and the answer is no, i tried my best to solidify my body fat just to muscle which dropped me to around 178 and after that i realized that now i needed to build muscle on top of muscle to get bigger but not too big to the point where theres no athleticism. ive been pretty good so far and i went through a small phase where although i was built i had no definition (by definition i mean like my body wasnt outlined like abs sharp and biceps looking like mountains) and it looked like i had made barely and progress but i did make some! during this time is where i started to add more repetition and less weight to make more definition and also lift heavy on some workouts to also increase my strength, sorry i made this so long but if you need more help you can just dm me on insta @ aocampo13_
