in Pakistan, it is known as Kaddum کڑم saag. we add tomatoes, potatoes green chillies in it along with garlic ginger paste. I fell in love with this saag after tasting it with a friend from Abottabad. Without masala and tomtoes, it tastes awful. we eat it with roti.

The kitchen set is wonderful. Greenery and combination of romantic Red Roses : Lovely.
In Rawalakot,AJK, this saag is called Kharrumm. We ate there with roti or on boiled rice to enjoy. One of my female colleagues, a professor, promised to cook for me... But now , I think , it is easy to cook at my own home without her any help. Stay blessed.
