Have you never seen fury fight? Try using a jab. Maybe once and stay outdide? Also you throw the same left right hook and uppercut / hook combo over and over

Looks good, it just amazes me that the time spent in making this game look and feel good, they have the same referee for every fight, and he disappears during the fight? Fight night that many years ago had the ref during the fight. If this is supposed to be a simulation it needs more referees and keep them in during the fight, clinching needs to be brought back in, and the round shouldn't just cut off at the end it should see the boxers stop fighting and walk back to the corner. Entrances with them getting into the ring would be better as well. Looks good but certain aspects seem lazy. The knockdowns always going to a cut scene spoils the realism as well, moves the fighter to a different part of the ring where they fell, at 21:42 tyson gets dropped in the corner onto the ropes, then is shown getting up in the middle of the ring. Years of development you would expect these small easy details to be much better.

Dude I dunno what's up with some of these dev teams lol. UFC 5, which probably has 100 times the budget of Undisputed, only has one ref too. Shits crazy! And I know, the more casual fans won't care about this, and I admit it's a small issue in the scope of things, with all the issues UFC 5 has, but it's still a pretty important detail. They obviously thought it was important enough to include multiple refs in the other games. Think game devs just try to cut corners to rush games out so they can sell. I'm fairly certain most of us would rather them push the game back to nail all those details that really help immerse players.
Clinching is a necessary aspect of boxing. But the clinching in the beta looked horrible. And pushing is a nice alternative. Hopefully they’ll add clinching back at some point
I think so as well. I think the clinching makes it more realistic and I liked how in the beta mode, you could have a point taken off for excessive holding, just like the real thing.
Me too I'll wait in tell they update more stuns animation they got the body shot reaction shit. More knockdown animation and kos and of course refs in real time gameplay. Right now I won't play once they add a significant update on the next.
Boxing game with no clinching.. I'd rather they delayed the game to make it proper than release and wait for updates but still charge same prices..

But they gotta fix some glaring issues as well as clinching. They have to bring clinching it’s such an integral part of boxing - Also it would be nice to have a proper career mode. Something more in-depth. Want to ask? As far as statistics go. I’m a statistic maniac. How are they in this game as far as your own boxer.

Well first impression is the most important thing. They got fans waiting for almost 5 years and they couldn't iron things out before the release
I hope they do a injury system similar to ufc 5 where if your eye is swollen your defence becomes vulnerable or if your cut u take more damage
I heard on another streamers page that once you get damaged your defense is not as good. Punches can still land although you have your guard up

they deffo need to add Mike Tyson. a Boxing game without Tyson is like a Football game without Ronaldo or Messi, a racing game without Ferrari, a MK game without Scorpion or Subzero. they also need to add missing legends like Holyfield, Foreman, Pacquiao etc. and as well as missing current era boxers like AJ and Tank

My main issue with this has always been how still the boxers are when they throw a strike, I assume it’s probably hard to implement movement while striking in the game but it just makes it look unrealistic the way their footwork completely stops each time throw a punch. For what this is they have accomplished a lot though and it is impressive.

I begrudgingly just forked out 64.99 GBP to buy the Deluxe Edition for Xbox because I'm a hardcore boxing fan but I wasn't impressed with Early Access on Steam. The full game is undoubtedly better but to what extent I'm yet to find out... May/may not regret it but whatever... I'm committed now.

Loving this game so far despite some of the jankiness and bugs. One thing I noticed is that boxing knowledge doesn't always translate well. Meaning, just because you box or have fight experience, doesn't mean you can always incorporate the same techniques with success. Lots of people online just pick Wilder and spam right power to win. It feels like missing punches doesn't have a negative effect on stamina level, but maybe devs with fix that. Overall, i'm happy with it and hopeful for some patches in the future.

Career mode on PC, demolished both these fighters on hardest setting. Been playing this game for a long time now and not seen enough improvements to draw me back to it yet.

Hopefully it’s not a yearly release, at least give us 2 years of this game. They have 130 fighters who they haven’t released but have announced, they can easily drag that out instead of a yearly release. Also they will deffo get licensees for AJ, Dubois etc

Why in the world would they take clinching out??? They need to make it have a penalty if effectively countered or mistimed, but it should be available with the proper balance.
The camera adjustment in the second round was much better, that zoom in was making me sick 😂

You only see the ref when you are knocked down and when you get a cut you are not able to mend the cut for the fighters like in fight night round 3.

I wish 120fps was available cause the throws and smoothness would be more on point as well as movement.Ill take 1080p 120fps over 4k 30 or even 60.. madden25 in 120fps mode on series x is a great example.

There are so many cheaters online. When they are losing they are cutting off the connection so the game freezes and you have to restart the game
No, I'm hating the camera work something seems different. Whilst I'm at it, why are there all these camera options for separate arenas? Just give us universal settings.

Why is there no visible face and body damage?!
I’ve been saying this in every clip I’ve watched there is no damage what so ever. People are going 5 and 6 rounds of taking massive shots and their faces don’t have any cuts or any blood. Even fight night round 1 had blood coming out after taking a bunch of shots.

I know it’s not all about blood but as someone who’s a boxing fan and has owned all of the Fight Night games, I love seeing my work being done. Aka the damage, blood, cuts, and visible swelling of the eyes.
@@Lumikools exactly like what’s the point in throwing power shots if there isn’t a possibility of a doctors stoppage because his eye is swollen shut. Damage should’ve been the first thing they secured up. I can deal with the animations leaving much to be desired if I can do some crazy damage to a guys face.

Some animations don’t correlate to damage or ko opportunity still but looks interesting to play

I did the same fight as this earlier but I was using Usyk. My fave was bloody, bruised, and beaten. It looked pretty good!
