Thanks for the video! I just got one of these and it didn’t come with instructions! My daughter loooves popcorn, but I don’t trust the chemicals in the microwave popcorn bags. And I would rather her eat real butter instead of artificially flavored butter. I plan on her using this a lot!
@@i_am_cruz27 you are supposed to put it on the outer part of the microwave plate and cook it longer. I guess the middle of the microwave has a hotspot that burns the popcorn when you cook it for the right amount of time. My consultant encouraged me to get the small one because it’s difficult to use the big one if you have a small microwave.

For the life of me I can’t get a full tub to pop like you have and I have left it on for 3:30 mins, like have the kernels pop. Any suggestions?

I end up with a bunch of unpopped kernels as well. I’m not liking it.
