Provided there's no kryptonite around, Superman wins.
Superman is equally as strong, if not more than than Thor.
Superman does not require any physical weapons to fight. All of his weapons are built, like heat vision, and frozen breath. Let's not mention Superman can fly near the speed of light. Keep in mind, Superman could melt Thor's hammer or freeze it with his frozen breath, and then smash it.
I like the character Thor a lot, however, Superman would win hands-down
