If you watched it again, after shouting "Lee Jung Shin" came the hand sync/wave of the audience and Jong Hyun was amazed by that, and I think that's the reason why he laughed. As you can see til the end of the song, you can see a proud hyung and leader especially when Jung Shin was hitting the high notes. And of course, Jong Hyun and Min Hyuk, can't stop smiling.
