Hi! I don’t have any flip throughs but when I tracked for my mental health it was based more off how my anxiety was that day or how I was feeling mentally or emotionally. For the self love I would basically give myself one compliment per day because I feel we rarely do that for ourselves. And now for inspirational quotes it’s more if something sticks with me that I really love I like to write it down so I don’t forget it 🥰

@@1dc25 I did decorate it just as heavy as I do now and I feel like I had enough room! Any days I missed, I typically just back planned
