Variable Force Injector-Ejector Installation Instructions

This video will go over how to install WaveTherm's Variable Force Injector-Ejector (VFE) to a VITA 78 or 48.4 heat frame with our suggested rivet and dies:
1. Position the Pawl: Start by placing the pawl on the secondary side of the frame.
2. Align and Secure: Align the body with the rivet for a secure fit.
3. Swage with Precision: Use the rivet press to swage the rivet, ensuring a solid installation.
The VFE is engineered to deliver evenly distributed injection and ejection forces, guaranteeing uniform mating of critical connection points to the backplane. This design not only protects connector pins and backplane receptacles from over-insertion but also enhances overall system reliability.
Featuring a double-pivot, force-multiplying design, the VFE utilizes a longer spring that minimizes setting and maximizes injection force, setting a new standard for next-generation VPX cards.
