did you use /set messages greetmsg {embed:yourembedname} ? most likely it doesn't have permissions to send messages in the desired channel, so perhaps double check that !
doing the images and turning on developer mode is a bit different on phone, but instructions on how to do both are listed in the faq (pinned comment) !
