You earned a sub man, I've always loved guiness but like you said you just enjoying it more and more. Now that's pretty much all I drink! Anyway I loved your vibe and the way you review beers! Thanks for the review, cheers!
How would you compare it to Sullivan's Irish Stout? For me, Sullivan's is more like a craft stout. It's richer and less sessionable. Haven't tried Forged yet.
@@MLAM168 The Sullivan's stout I've tried in South Florida have been in the Nitro Can and on CO2 American Keg Draft. It's more like an American Craft Stout, which is tastier but less sessionable. I've tried many ultra rich, high abv stouts in my life, but at this point I just want something sessionable that will leave me functional the next day.
Another great review pal and you've saved me a job working out which is better between normal pour and running through the nitro 👌 if you ever see O'Haras Nitro Stout I'd really recommend picking it up, it's my favourite Guinness alternative.
Appreciate you sharing your opinion Guinness is definitely not the most flavoured stout I find that with all the nitro stouts they tend to be less flavoursome. thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻
I had the same reaction to Camden Stout... couldn't wrap my head around the flavour 😅... got some forged stout in the fridge ro try.... heads already telling me Guinness lol
I reckon This is close to Murphy's which I love and is very hard to come across in England..not bothered who owns or is behind any product..if it's good it's good!
Good vid mate , I like Guinness and I do like the black heart stout I think the mouth feel is slightly better on the brewdog one , I’ll give this one a go if I see it
All the attempts at trying to compete against Guinness have just failed in my opinion. 🙃. This don’t look too bad , especially with cap , but Guinness is just a unique drink . I won’t try this … Reasons . The sweetness is putting me off and I know if you don’t rate it highly, then I’m good 👌🏻. Cheers Adam for another great review 😃. Speno
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I don’t agree I found it sweeter just not my thing. Glad you enjoyed it more than I did though mate! Thanks for watching cheers 🍻
First can I had seemed really flat & really sweet (like you said). I actually liked the sweetness. Definitely prefer the Guinness cans though. I think the Murphy's cans are pretty good too. Nothing beats Guinness on tap though (in Ireland).

Thanks very much for your support mate really appreciated! Can’t go wrong with a Guinness cheers BOSH 💪🍻

Haven't tried Forged yet.
I have not tried Sullivan but I'd like to sometime. Not sure where to get it from around here though Thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻
Do you mean the barrel aged stout?

Exactly how I found it too and I’m a Guinness fan (and murphys) too.
Did prefer this to black heart though.
Great review mate.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts mate! Have a great day cheers 🍻
Great video, you’ve mastered every aspect of the pours too, I see so many on UA-cam messing these up.
Thanks mate yes I noticed that 😄
😂
Oh, great review Adam, thanks for the education. I’ve never heard of that stout. Guinness is the Ultimate Bitter in my opinion. You smashed it!
Quite a few people prefer this to Guinness that’s fair enough each to there own. For me it’s not even close thanks mate cheers 🍻
@@thebeermonsterreviews There’s only one Stout. The Guinness! Never bettered. 😃🍺
@@thebeermonsterreviews like you say, each to his own. Some people can’t stand Guinness 😂
American here. I like both but I actually prefer the Forged!
Thanks for sharing your opinions buddy and for watching cheers BOSH 🍻

I’ll definitely grab a o’haras if I see one mate! Thanks for watching have a great day cheers 🍻
Each to their own but Guinness is bang average for me, tastless slop that is a shadow of it's former self. Modified for the mass market.
Appreciate you sharing your opinion Guinness is definitely not the most flavoured stout I find that with all the nitro stouts they tend to be less flavoursome. thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻

Not tried the Camden stout yet not a fan of there beers really. Thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻
Great review buddy was gonna give this a try with the surger 😅😅
Why not give it a bash it makes it settle more like a Guinness thanks for watching cheers bosh 🍻
Man, did you chill the cans???
Can remember mate this was over a year ago but thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻
I’ve just tried the Forge and I know what you’re saying. I’m just conditioned to prefer Guinness.
Same mate so seasonable thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻
Lovely stuff is Forged
A little sweet for my tastes bud but I totally get why people like it cheers 🍻
Coffee Guinness for me all day long.😋 Great review once again.🍻
I do like Guinness coffee but can’t have many thanks for watching 🍻
As a guiness die-hard there's just nothing like the original
The one and only bud cheers 🍻
Couldn't bring to buy this because of the plonker behind it. May have to bite the bullet. B&M used to sell Murphys but can't even get it there now.
I don’t like him either and I’m a quarter Irish cheers 🍻
I reckon This is close to Murphy's which I love and is very hard to come across in England..not bothered who owns or is behind any product..if it's good it's good!
Mine fizzed up, too.
Seems to happen a lot it’s very annoying thanks for watching cheers bosh 🍻💪
It’s cause there’s a nitro surger pod in the base of the can 🙏🏻
Good vid mate , I like Guinness and I do like the black heart stout I think the mouth feel is slightly better on the brewdog one , I’ll give this one a go if I see it
Some people love this so it’s worth a try just wasn’t for me cheers 🍻

It’s not bad just to sweeter for my tastes that’s a bad thing 😂🍻
Murphy's and Beamish are both better
Mine exploded opening it too :p I thought it was just me haha!
Nope it seems a consistent problem with this stout mate 😂
Thanks for watching cheers to you mate BOSH
Of course they are different, guiness is a DRY STOUT and that one is an IRISH STOUT. So you can't compare.
Thanks for watching cheers 🍻
A dry stout lol. They are both stout! 😂😂😂
I think this one was better than Guiness
Fair enough mate we all have different tastes I can see how some people would prefer it. Thanks very much for watching much appreciated cheers BOSH 🍻
Forged blows the other two out of the water
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I don’t agree I found it sweeter just not my thing. Glad you enjoyed it more than I did though mate! Thanks for watching cheers 🍻

Not tried it on tap in Ireland hope to someday cheers 🍻
forged has been around for 20 years. its just porterhouse plain repackaged. its an ok stout. there are far better irish stouts on the market.
I agree mate it’s not all that good not even the best nitro stout. Thanks for watching cheers to you Bosch 🍻
Forged out of cans are better than Guinness out of cans
Draught for Draught? Guinness >
Thanks for sharing your thoughts bud. Have you tried nitrosurge Guinness cans there just like draught. Thanks for watching cheers BOSH 🍻
glad to see a beer reviewer not say this is better than Guinness to sweet not a touch on Guinness¬!!!
Each to there own mate but for me it’s not even close thanks for watching 🍻
Forged is better in my opinion. Fine Stout from McGregors team. Can't say the same about his whisky though, lol
Thanks for watching and sharing you opinion cheers BOSH 🍻
Won’t touch anything but CmcG. He is hated in Ireland.
I can’t stand the guy 😂
