I started doing this and was shocked how much product was missed even when I think I’ve squeezed all of it out. One bottle had 5+ extra uses in it. It makes sure you use every last bit of product!
I have the biggest recommendation for all y’all. It’s neutrogenia face sheer mist. I cannot even begin to express how amazing it is. It goes on so sheer and it’s 50spf. I can’t even begin to express how amazing it is. How clear it it, how non greasy it is, how sheer it is, it’s SO lightweight. It really is the best product. I’ve even used it OVER makeup. Yes I said it. I forgot my spf, and was in the direct sunlight and really needed it. I would have gotten so badly burned that I didn’t care if it screwed up my makeup. It didn’t. It is so good. Rental versus sale depends so much on the market and area. I’m a financial counselor and the most important thing for rentals is having a good emergency saving for that rental for if something goes wrong or you are with out tenants for a period of time.

I used to be a loyal subscriber years ago but I unsubbed because she wasn't relatable to me anymore. Years ago her videos taught me makeup and I could actually go buy the products. Now she's clearly very wealthy and the things she uses and talks about just aren't accessible to me. Nothing against her but that's the reason I'm not subscribed anymore. I still love her and enjoy her videos but I don't watch all of them like I used to. You can tell she's still a beautiful person on the inside.
Essential oils can be super irritating on the skin....When I started to stay clear of them and all fragrance, my skin changed for the better! Loved the video 💜 congrats on your home sale 😀

I add eye drops to my mascara when it starts to dry & it totally rejuvenates them. Also do you cut your tubes down cos I'm betting there's a tonne left in there! I always do & I get a good week or two more.
