Hey everyone! Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed it. If you have any questions just let me know since I know I didn't go into detail about every single step.
great video man . im not scared to fail at all i just dont know what to do . i tried print on demand and got $300 profit first day . im sure drop shipping is the same , i just want fast shipping at least 2 weeks like you said
You can use the link I have in the description to use the supplier I use. Just fill out the form with the product(s) you want to sell and contact info and they'll reach out to you. They have fast shipping under 2 weeks.
Micheal awesome video 💯 Do you consider opening llc before even getting into Shopify payment gateway, or it's fine? You can still have cash flow with no freezing?
Thanks for watching! No, opening an LLC is not required to get started. You can if you want or unless it's necessary to sign up for a payment processor due to some countries make it harder for people. However I would have 2 bank accounts once you start getting sales so one account is for personal and the other is business/store money.
What interests did you target? I'm advertising a similar products, I target Household Products and Home Appliances. I got cheap clicks, good ctr and decent amount of ATCs when I optimized for ATCs. But when I optimized for Complete Payment, I got 0 ATCs, 0 sales despite cheaper traffic than the ATC campaign.
It took me 2 days to build the store. I like to take my time and not rush a store build because trust me sometimes you might miss something and that's not good. I didn't have any proper upsells with the product but I did have an offer of buy 1 get 1 50%, tried another offer of buy 1 get 1 30% off so that can taken as an upsell like I talked about in the video and also had some orders that people ordered 3, 4 and even 5 products within 1 order.
your most of the customers are paying you through which option paypal or stripe. can you tell in percentage %? your most of the customers are paying you through card, right?
I was using shopify payments. I would say 70% of customers were paying with shopify payments and the rest was using paypal. Some days more or less but about that.
COG was $10-13 and sold them for $32.99-$39.99. I've worked with stores that we were able to achieve conversion rates between 3-9%. Each store was different and depends on many things.
Thank you! $1000 should be very good as a starting budget. Really depends on how fast or experienced you are but you can start with $100-200 for a product.
Yeah, I pretty much spent a bit more or less, forget the exact amount but I know I did not profit, but like I said in the video that wasn't my goal or objective.
@@EcommerceWithMichael I understand it’s not the goal or objective but I think we would want to see how to make profits from these sales. It makes little sense to have the foot traffic and conversation but due to your expenses (ads) you break even or come under. That’s not the point of running an online business. Nonetheless I like your content and I just subscribed.
Hey, I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your channel! Your content is always so informative and helpful. I've been following your videos for a while now and have learned so much about dropshipping. I'm actually interested in starting my own dropshipping business and was wondering if you'd be willing to chat with me about it? I'd really appreciate any advice you could offer. Thank you for all that you do and keep up the great work!
Hey! Thanks for watching. Yes, I do have some experience with POD and have worked with a few stores that do POD too. I would say it's more about getting products/designs that resonate with a specific audience. I actually made a video called "How I Find $10k+ Month Dropshipping Products | How To Create a Dropshipping Brand" a while back talking about Print On Demand and how great it can be to build a long term brand.
Love your content Micheal, i have a question. what about the packaging and people returning the product ( 1. does the packaging comes like a typical chineese package or the fullfilment/supplier you work with package it as if it is a brand based in the country you are dropshipping it / 2. is the refund rate very high in the first month and does it affect your business legitimacy)
Thanks for watching! So it would depend on the product I would assume if it's getting shipped in a box or just a bag but for the product I sold they were shipped in typical bag packaging and didn't have any typical chinese package writing. Had a USPS sticker so it looks like it was shipped within the US (but shipped from China). As for refund rates, it totally depends of few things like the quality of the product if it's good or not. Which is why it's always a good idea to order the product yourself to check the quality (which I did too). If you do everything good, decent fast shipping, answer customers questions, be nice to them and offer them a good service then your refund rate will be low.
@@EcommerceWithMichael everything is clear :) thank you. Would love to see a quick breakdown on how to optimize your store ( the coding part ) or the apps used. That would really help me a lot 🙏
No problem! I have a few videos on my channel talking about store optimization with product pages etc. As for apps I used, I don't like to use tons of apps and only used judge.me as the reviews app, lucky orange for session recordings, and Klaviyo for email. I pretty much go into detail on how to optimize a store for CRO within my within my full store optimization course. My video before this one was a quick breakdown of a product page if you haven't seen it already.
i want reply please ... what about the checkout system they ask for the company reg number,, who don't have any company how they will drop shipping or anything ..
I am a bit confused, you say that you have been in dropshipping and ecom for 8 years. Then you paused a running store (that presumably was profitable, because you wanted to prive label the product) and only after 8 years you started to learn about AOV and CRO? Something sounds a bit fishy..
I ran stores from 2015 till 2020. In late 2019/early 2020 I started a store that I wanted to private label and buy bulk to ship to the USA however with everything shut down in 2020 and everything going crazy I couldn't and lost a lot of money with that & ads. I took a break for months then I started to learn about CRO and optimizing stores to convert better and that's what I do now.
Yeah from my understanding a fix for not spending would be setting up an ATC campaign and run it with the purchase campaign and wait until the purchase campaign spends then you can turn off the ATC one. That should work but if it doesn't then you can try a new ad account - but I would do that last resort just to make sure.
Bro I literally thought you was different since you was exposing the drop shipping gurus but I literally just seen you sell a course… exactly like every single one of the other gurus why not tell your audience you can just find the infomation on UA-cam for free… This is just constructive criticism no hate but im just pointing out the contrast

I may talk about different topics within dropshipping and ecom since I have a lot of experience and knowledge about it but I don't offer any services related to starting or teaching dropshipping like other channels or gurus. Just started around July this year
How is it going?

Work with a private supplier or agent so you get the faster shipping compared to aliexpress. I have the agents I use in the description of this video.
