These three highly elite and highly armed Cobra troops operate as the crew of the powerful HISS tank vehicle. The driver operates the massive HISS tank from the highly advanced cockpit. As for the tactician, he devises meticulous, carefully planned strategies to combat the G.I. Joe forces, while the gunner is in charge of operating the devastating turret that sits atop the huge tank. And just like the HISS Tank, the G.I.
