farken hell, the level of detail in these videos are amazing yet they're still explained in such a simple way. i'm so grateful that your channel came along. many thanks and keep sharing your gifts to the world
+Rey PersonalEmail Thank you so much for all these kind words!
@@NinjaNerdOfficial I have a question.. You said that pneumotaxic center is responsible for inhibition of respiration how come it stimulates the DRG to stimulate inspiration in the beginning of this video??
And another one in airway obstruction example for V/Q defects why the A-a gradient is increased?
And I wanna thank u for your videos they are so helpful :)
@@NinjaNerdOfficial Hey Ninja nerd. Thanku so much for these detailed lectures. most videos on med topics are short and brief and for people like me who is in search of more detailed but simplified lectures ur channel is a huge help. I want u to know that u are helping a lot of med students and others in a huge way and dat u ll always have our prayers.
Just 1 thing i wished u would add on to ur lectures.
Since d vids are long and sometimes covered in multpile parts it would be nice to put a timeline and content list in d description so that we know what all is covered.
@@MrSHFA1 hey🤭....so I think the thing about the pneumotaxic center is that it controls switching from inspiration to expiration, without it, all we can do is one long inhalation. Now when it's stimulated, it will cause increased rate of switching from inspiration to expiration hence higher rate of respiration and depth. And isn't that what we all want to keep us happy?🤭🤭
I love people who can explain complicated stuff simply and clearly without missing details , respect 🙏🏻
As a person starting to study for their ICU Primaries, I highly value something that clearly and systematically takes me back to the basics I have long forgotten / never managed to learn. Ninja Nerd, this is amazing. I see you made this 4 years ago and it obviously keeps on giving. I hope you feel the thanks from the community for what you have generated here. I will have to look through all your content. Thank you again.
You are a literal god, like literally the best channel I ever came across and now I'm obsessed THANK YOU
