I got the david bradley brush and tree saw that you push around. It's basically your brush cutter attachment on wheels has the same clutch but it mounted to the engine that sits behind the saw. They look similar. I've used mine, even used the blade angle changer to turn it side ways definitely dangerous
Loved your video. I have one for an old 8n ford. And a newer one for my 40 hp JD. I would like to know more about the clutch , pully sizes. Im going to make a stationary drive for the older one like yours. I would like to email you and learn more . Been sawing firewood for 40 years with belts on my old jd520 and 2040.
Wonder what the model number on that old Briggs is. It sounded like about a 3 HP from the way it slowed making a cut but was the governor working correctly? I couldn't tell by the sound that it loaded hard. Cute little setup, almost all I'd need anymore. Thanks for the posting effort. ben/ michigan
Hey Buddy, I just saw the cord wood saw video and let me tell you it is the best demo video on UA-cam!!!! You sure were lucky to get both saws. they are very hard to find these days. I appreciate your comments about the danger in using these saws. You are so right. Looking forward to more of your videos!!!!
Hey Derrick, I have a 1952 Wil Burt Little Farmer with a model 5 Briggs that was struck. I got it unstuck but there is no fire. I could buy a brand new motor for what they want for a coil for my motor. I may just clean it up and paint it and put it back together as a nonrunning addition to my collection.
I often thought one of those would be handy. But after watching your video I think I ll skip it. I have a David Bradley with the small Briggs and a sickle bar and a adjustable width cultivator. My starer rope cup is torn up so. I may replace the engine with a five horse carb on the tank model. Will that foul the hood?
I have never wanted a DB tractor more than right now. What a cool attachment to add to the tractor. Super useful
I’m looking for the pulley that’s on the blade shaft of the brush saw. You have an extra one you’d want to sell?

Good lord! I'm not a safety freak but after seeing that thing I'm kind of amazed the human race was able to survive.
