One thing that I just realized. The scan tool reads 788 - 860 rpm at the idle. I think I saw somewhere in a manual that this engine should idle at ~900 rpm. Maybe you should adjust the gas cable at the throttle?

Hi Jonas, have solved the issue yet? My Barchetta with the same engine looks to be running rough at idle. My ICV, MAF are clean. I am suspecting vacuum leak, but so far have not found it.

Hi Michal. Sorry for long delay :) .. Problem was phase variator have little play. And cambelt was a little stretched.. So intake and exhaust phases on idle was cover each other.. It's muscle car effect :) .When it was car have one good thing... better torque on low revs. I change variator and cambelt and problem disappears... :)
