Ok, but we must absolutely talk about this man's breath control and efficiency. He held that note for thirteen and a half seconds (13.65 to be exact), I timed it. Mind blowing, not just the vocal stamina and characterization (which is astounding), but the timbre, color, weight, and power of his instrument is breathtaking.
I had photos taken with him at Stage Door and he was so lovely. I met him twice as I went again to see Moulin Rouge. He played Christian and he was absolutely AMAZING . So so talented!! Beautiful voice and amazing actor

He has a wonderful timbre to his voice. This video doesn't do him justice though. I thought he was exceptional when I saw the show on Thursday 26th (Nov)

as if. Jamie Bower is wayyyy better from emotions and has a sweeter and calmer voice. This guy sounds like he is threatening johanna and he is a stalker while Jamie Campbell bower sounds sweet, in love with johanna and desperate to help her
@@sophieedlinger8171 I feel like you might have trouble differentiating the movie and the stage version. Most stage renditions play it like this because Anthony is mad at Judge Turpin, Jamie Campbell Bower did something unique and while it should be praised it shouldn't be used to dunk on other actors.
@@jaeblack4752 also, Anthony is not meant to be portrayed as a good guy. In the stage version he literally is a stalker, and a point is made on stage that he is with her for superficial reasons (remember also that johanna is 16 or so)
