  • Ideal for light to medium grinding and cutting tasks, the 18V Cordless Angle Grinder has a simple design to maximise its efficiency.
Its three-position handle allows flexibility when working and the GripZone overmould increases comfort and control. A spindle lock makes changing accessories quick and easy, along with tool-less wheel guard adjustment.
The angle grinder is just as effective for sharpening tools as it is going into action for a big project

круто, не придется кожух дорабатывать. а вот кнопка мне очень понравилась на предыдущей, хотя с ней у меня были проблемы технического характера. ещё бы ценник приятный... 1+ линейкой пользуюсь давно, в целом доволен.

Super ' Very high technology. I surprised and request your company to introduce brush less mixie grinder for kitchen as early as possible please.

WTF is a mixie grinder? Frankly, most kitchen gadgets I don't find a need to have cordless and thus, no need for higher efficiency because running from a 110VAC wall outlet, it's only using a small fraction of a penny worth of electricity.

Best grinder I’ve ever owned, for constant work you’ll need two batteries & keep one on the charger. As good as it is mine no longer works due to the ‘advanced electronics’. The anti-kickback activated which isn’t uncommon and simply failed to operate any longer. Now I have a great grinder that is in great mechanical condition with busted electronics.

@@RYOBI_TV I would like it if it had a paddle switch like your older grinders. I think I'll pass on this one and look at the Dewalt, I want a tool with pro features.

It'd sure be nice if we could have this in the USA where we have over 300,000,000 more people than Australia, UK, or Canada. I'm coming to the unfortunate realization that it might be time to switch to a manufacturer that has the tools we want AND sells them in the US.

I think Ryobi assumes everyone here is a wood worker. I'm a metal and concrete worker. I need this grinder. Hopefully someday soon Ryobi's marketing team will be free from their rectal cranial inversion on this issue.

Still waiting for the cordless protip paint spayer to get to Australia. Wanna swap?

aplm1986 That'd be funny. I wonder what Ryobi corporate people would think about swapping tools between countries.

Brushless catalog in europe is shorter now related to USA. As example, im waiting here for the BL reciprocating saw... The europe brushless drill with etorque function here in europe has little lower specs than usa version (i have just purchased one from USA, its better) . Greetings from Spain

Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Seriously get over yourself and just wait till they're released in the US, which at this later date has already happened. If you already had an investment in Ryobi One+ tools and batteries and needed a grinder, you would have done fine with the brushed models they already sell, which are also cheaper. 30% improvement is not that big a deal, simply own another battery and swap it in.

As an American, it infuriates me that Ryobi's own promotional videos mispronounce it "REEOBI". It''s so gratifying to hear it pronounced correctly (by an American narrator no less). Also, I'm jealous of t he nicer handle the UK version gets.

Why did they fuck it up by making it a thumb button to turn on....... That shit breaks and/or get stuck and can keep the grinder running ..... They should of left the finger button with the safety on top ..... SMH

Battery check each and every cell is a lie as 2 cells are attached in parallel its a 5s battery pack and the very reason 1 cell dies so the entire pack.

Presumably they did market testing and the majority preferred the new switch design. Unfortunately you can't please everyone, but you can buy the other model(s) with a different switch. Brushless is not that big a deal, noting how people managed to get work done before brushless existed.
