- Hey Guys. Picked up a project that I thought I would share an abandoned "Suzuki Quadrunner 250" Found in a barn I got for free. let's see if we can get it running atleast. That air filter is like nothing I have seen before!

I had one of these.Mine was a 4x4 I found it in an old shed. Everything was messed up from sitting for years. Everyone thought I was crazy when I said that I was going to get it all fixed up. About a year later and it was beautiful and ran great. Someone stole it from my back yard. Now I have another one on my property that needs a lot of work and I don't even want to mess with it.

@@rustyshakleford9222 Thank you for your reply. That is ok though, my wife say's I have too many anyway. I actually had two atv's stolen from me over the years, nothing you can do but keep smiling and build another one!

I had one identical to this, I drove it hard everytime and it never let me down

@@mikezimmerman817 Sold it about 17 years ago to a poacher up North, I've since bought another but a 96 though, doesn't get used at all now, too slow for what I do
I recently bought my first ever atv..A 2000 suzuki 500 quadmaster..Once I got the carb right on it I couldn't be happier.Its the 2 high and 4 high& low automatic..Been super good for ice fishing and just a tough atv all around...love watching your barn find.
Super jealous right now. This is exactly like the first quad I ever had. Fantastic machines, I never had any issues with it and put thousands of miles on it. I looked high and low for one just like it in good shape last year. I ended up giving up and just buying a new one though.
Congrats on the find. Some of the best quads ever designed imo.

@@NzJohny I just hit the jackpot. A neighbor has one that was stolen and abandoned on his property 4 years ago. The Sheriff said it was never reported stolen but it was obvious as it was hotwired. Anyway they told him as far as they were concerned it was his since it was on his property. Hes in his 80s and doesn't want to fool with it so .. he gave it to me. I just picked it up today. Ordered a new battery, key assembly and I am fairly confident it will start right up. Looks like they ran it completely out of fuel and just left it as the petcock is on reserve and the tank is bare bones dry.

Good old bike. I’ve got the 4wd model. Just picked it up from another property where it had been outside for 6 years. Fresh fuel and a few pulls on the starter and fires straight up

Mine was air-cooled tho and doesnt have the fan in front... Also the lights were mounted up in the front by the battery bay and the front racks

I have the one that has the 4x4 difflock with super low that looks almost identical and I sunk it today so ima see I'd I can get it to run again tmr
