It could be why the bags under her eyes are so swollen and puffy as that's one of the signs of eating too much salt. But then again, she doesn't seem to actually *like* drinking it anytime the camera is on her doing it. She seems to lean away from it and seal her lips like she's taste something nasty. So a standard American diet high in salt could also explain her puffiness.

I hope you're at least eating a lot of food that has iron in it (f.e. legumes). Combined with Vitamin C, you can absorb the iron better. Sorry, don't want to be invasive but I have a friend who almost died because no one realised she has Thalassemia and since then, I know how bad iron deficiency can actually be for someone if left untreated.
I do not want to make anyone sick... but soup out of blood in an actual thing. For those who are not sick... it is from the chicken blood, but it is hit or miss. My grandma makes very good "blood soup", but when I tasted it somewhere else I did not like it. Fun fact: the unoffical name for it in my language is "prdelačka" and it dirives from the word "butt". I wonder If it's like a mineral deficiency. When I was pregnant I craved dirt. I wanted to eat dirt so bad I was considering ways I could clean it and make sure it was parasite free. It looked like a steak dinner to me. It really was almost overwhelming. I was too embarrassed, at the time, to tell anyone but later found out it wasn't uncommon during pregnancy and likely a mineral deficiency.

I wonder If it's like a mineral deficiency. When I was pregnant I craved dirt. I wanted to eat dirt so bad I was considering ways I could clean it and make sure it was parasite free. It looked like a steak dinner to me. It really was almost overwhelming. I was too embarrassed, at the time, to tell anyone but later found out it wasn't uncommon during pregnancy and likely a mineral deficiency.
