Lovely placed, i like Greek- Mediterranean style. There is few beautiful details. But I think ceilings are to low and i didnt like that kitchen is separated from dining and living room area. Its like 3 separate rooms. Not modern.
I don't think mosquitoes breed near the sea -there has to be swamps and stagnant fresh water.Northern Italy would have to be one of the most mosquito ridden places especially near Venice.
