In this original composition, 528 Hz Solfeggio frequency DNA Repair "Hymn to St. John the Baptist" for Meditation and Healing, I've taken the ancient “Hymn to St. John the Baptist” and retuned it to correspond to the magical 528 Hz solfeggio frequency. This chant was said to impart a great spiritual blessing.
“Energy and vibration go all the way to the molecular level. We have 70 different receptors on the molecules and when vibration and frequency reach that far they begin to vibrate”. These original frequencies appear to have been ‘lost’ over the centuries with the introduction of various new tuning methods.
The solfeggio scale was ‘rediscovered’ by Dr. Joseph Barber who claimed to have been guided intuitively to find a pattern of six repeating codes in the Book of Numbers. He found in Chapter 7, verses 12 through 83, number references that, when deciphered using a numerological technique, could be reduced to a single digit. This revealed a series of six electromagnetic sound frequencies which he determined to be the six missing tones of the ancient Solfeggio scale.
The notes in the scale are:
“UT” - which cycles at 396 Hz
“RE” - which cycles at 417 Hz
“MI” - which cycles at 528 Hz
“FA” - which cycles at 639 Hz
“SOL” - which cycles at 741 Hz
“LA” - which cycles at 852 Hz

I'm new to 528 but frequencies world in theory would tenscend religion. This may be just an artifact of old knowledge. My mind is actually blownbecause you can feel the difference between this music and the traditional tuning in your body and emotionally at least for myself. I dont know what frequency this is in. The first time i played this song inwas on my way he from work and it had such a powerful visceral effect on me that i took the nearsst exit off of the highway and prayed thankfully to God and since that day , not a day goes by that I forget to thank God for the opportunity to be alive. Gratitude to the artist, this is enlightening.

I was born and raised RC (now non denominational ) but we went to an abbey once a month and heard the monks pray and sing..it had an effect on everyone I remember... .positive..So lovely memories too I wish I now lived near an abbey but few monks around here in Western Europe now sadly

I've never been so at peace in my life. I've tried meditation hundreds of times but this is the first time I can say only had about 2-3 thoughts throught this whole video 5 minute duration. So calm and I'm the type of person that gets a million thoughts minute.

The point is not reducing the thoughts, it would be bad if you reduce the thoughts your brain is generating.
Instead try being more aware of your thoughts
By being aware you can not only know where your mind is going but also you’ll realise the difference where you want it to be and where it is right now.
By just simply being clear about yourself and your thoughts, at least you now know your location where you are and the location where you want to be.
In order to guide yourself towards that location, you need to realise that what make our mind travels...

Like a comment below, I too began to feel chills or goosebumps as I listened to this. Very relaxing and yet there is something within it that seems to reach you on a vibrational level truly causes you to experience a physical sensation. Not unlike so many other Gregorian and monastic chants and prayers I have heard so often. This is one of those that seems to have the ability to allow you to "feel the message". Truly a gift of the ethereal.

I have the same birthday as St. John and this is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard.
The gregorian calendar and Jullian calendars are not acurate, the only acurate calendar is the solar lunar calendar where the day starts as the sun sets and ends in the next sunset, the month begins with the young moon and it varries with a year being 12/13 months.
