Not familiar with Liquid Trucking. But trucking experience says, "Bad management, bad dispatch, bad hours/shifts or bad pay, or bad drivers. Any one or all of these causes "High Driver Turn over". Drivers often will stay for "A Little Lower" pay if hours/shifts and off days are good. A little less money for a good shift/good days off are so so refreshing to your whole life depending on what is good for you. Most job descriptions do not reveal hours, shifts or days off. So important

And how many drivers really open the external first? 80% do the enternal first

yeah that's not a good idea, you have no control of flow with the hydraulic internal

2:04 is that a truck loaded with lye? I unload those on a daily basis, and I load trucks with phenol and acetone

I have a question about weight distribution if someone can help me out. I have 4 compartments on my trailer, is it better to load my trailer with roughly the same percentage in each compartment, or heavy in the front and back and light in the middle? My compartments capacity in gallons are 3500, 2000, 1200, and 2800. Gross weight I can haul 7400 gallons of diesel and 8500 gallons of gas. I typically pick up 7000 gallons of diesel and 8000 gallons of gas, and I'm not really worried about my overall weight, but I am wanting to get my axle weights as close as I can without spending a small fortune on a cat scale to figure it out, as I don't have any DOT scales I have to cross and the nearest truck stop scale would take me 30 miles out of my route. Any info would be much appreciated.

I would do this for Diesel 2500/1000/1000/2500... And for gas I would do 2500/1900/1100/2500

Do you still get stuck to load and unload a truck when it’s not part of your job description if you work under a company

Why do they teach people to open trailer ass backwards. You always open internal valve first then external last. You have no control over a hydraulic valve. You can control flow with a external
