    I am sharing my daily routine to become a certified psychologist.
    I do morning activities, work, strength training, meals, and study every day, and act every day to get closer to my ideal body and the goal of becoming a certified psychologist.
    〈Languages ​​I can speak〉
    English, Swahili
    〈Hobbies〉
    Walking. Mountain climbing. Cooking. Maintaining houseplants.
    〈Immediate goals〉
    •Obtain OA:IELTS 6.0 by the end of this year
    •Obtain Industrial Counselor Qualification in January 2025

    Hello everyone! This is SHINOTUBE!
    I started playing soccer at the age of 10, and after graduating from high school, I played soccer in Montenegro, Germany, and Croatia for six months, and in Tanzania in Africa for one year.
    After retiring from active duty in September 2023, I decided to work on the theme of creating people's health, and I am studying to become a certified psychologist.

    リフレッシュ方法、沢山持ってるとマンネリ化しなくていいですね♪
    山登りはあんまりしたことがないですが、自然の中、マイナスイオンを感じながら歩くのはほんとに気分がリフレッシュされますよね!
    筋トレの種目が新しいのばかりで新鮮です😄がんばってください!
