Vanilla Vibration went straight to a top favourite. I love that green papyrus-cardamom twist on vanilla and I definetely do not see it going minty at all. Also it is not subdued and the longevity is great. I do understand the comparison with Loubirouge, but they are finally not dupes.
I appreciate your Zara videos! And thanks, as always, for doing female-targeted fragrance reviews. I now have Starlight Vanilla and Supreme Vanilla on my wish list.
I was uncertain on Supreme Vanilla for the first hour. But three days later I could still smell it when I walked past my coat which was hanging up in my office, and I realise I love it.
Yayyy! I couldn't wait for you to try these Sebastian! I immediately bought all four when I started watching reviews for this collection...and man, I think the Vanilla Collection is the best Collection Zara has ever put out! And I ADORE Supreme Vanilla! But, I am not mad at ANY of these...I agree Zara is doing too much- but this collection was so great! So great! I needed you to get your nose on them - I knew you were going to enjoy most all of these... ❤
In Serbia zara fragrances are cheaper, about 22e. I have all 4 and supreme and vibration are back up worthy. I mean, for that price I'm thrilled! And those two have decent lasting power and projection.
i used to work at Zara and I would collect their perfumes, for me woman perfumes were the best and some of them last for a long time specially for the price.
I tested the Vanilla Vibration and didn't like it either. It really smelled like toothpaste to me as well. I liked the other three though. I tested them all at the store. And for the record, I like that you review Zara fragrances.😊
i am obsessed with supreme vanilla! i had to sell my starlight because it didn't work with my skin chemistry. thank you for another great review! i hope you continue to make more :)
Immediately Starlight for me reminded me of Myrrh and Tonka by Jo Malone, in fact it’s really close for me, it’s like a day time version. Supreme the ink note disturbs me in the opening and or when I smell it close it but in the air it’s not bad. And Vanilla vibration is also a fave love the Cardamom. Good release actually
I do enjoy the occasional Zara perfume. Now I have to try the two you liked in this video. Our tastes are similar so now to try these. Thanks Sebastian.
If you go to zara try smelling the new line for men, atleast the WO/01 somewoody, in the drydown and mid it goes in the same path as Alexandria II, really nice
Went to Zara to get Starlight Vanilla but ended up buying Supreme Vanilla. My initial impression for Supreme was sweet TF Noir Extreme vanilla minus the spices. Starlight isn't too sweet since it hides the vanilla under the lavendar. Coming from TF NE dupe called Just Jack Noir Endurance, the sweet vanilla from Supreme is closer to TF NE. There was no Vanilla Vibration for me to test if it's even closer to TF NE as most people claim it to be with the cardamon.
I loveee all of your reviews, but hope you'll continue doing Zara ones! Living here in Taiwan, not many people wear perfume and perfume shops are super rare--Zara is the easiest to find and order from. So I really appreciate your in depth Zara reviews! You're the best ❤
A review of the leather collection would be a strong one to finish your zara reviews on 💪 I agree though it's hard to keep up with all the releases and their must be some other gems out there worth reviewing.
It's not surprising if you know that the cosmetics company behind the Zara perfumes is Maesa, that also creates perfumes and beauty lines for many other stores and celebrities.
Zara is confusing not only about pricing, naming and listing the notes, but also about constantly launching new lines and discontinuing particular fragrances (presumably those that don't sell well) within a few weeks of being launched... Right now there are 12 new fragrances in the men's collection (4 types of 3 frags each), how long will they last? BTW, Hypnotic Vanilla is a dupe for Hypnotic Poison by Dior. My favourite from this line is Starlight, but I'm not going to buy any of those.
The ones that last are usually the ones with the best performance along with the best word of mouth. That’s why Rich Warm Addictive is still around on the men’s side and Red Temptation, Rose Gourmand and Amber Fusion from the women’s colkection. I’m sorry I didn’t pick up Unexpected, Fresh and Soicy from s few years ago. Currently, I think Sand Desert At Sunset is their best. Let’s see how long that lasts.
The price is going up in canada. Few weeks ago it was 39.99 CAD and now it's 45.99 CAD Last year, the same format was 35.99 CAD I don't know what to think... I went to Zara for the budget friendly aspect, now I will only buy arabic perfum I think.
I've heard that the Wood collection is better than the Tabac, but I'm actually most interested to sample the newest Leathers (LTH). Looks like LTH/01 is based on Ombre Leather, but if even one of them has that vintage leather feel, I'll be over the moon. The fact that so many releases have come out this year makes me wonder.... are the execs at Zara planning for something? Is this a mass completion of projects left over from pandemic times or one last huff before something big? 🤔 Or maybe this is how it's gonna be from now on? 60 releases a year? Zzzzut alors! 😆
I got Supreme Vanilla and Vanilla Vibration - unfortunately that Ink note in Supreme had a strong cigarette ashtray smell for me and once that was in my head I couldn’t get it out. Vanilla Vibration is just ok, it’s similar to Zara’s Totally Tuesday, must be the papyrus or sandalwood.
I had to try these right away and bought Supreme Vanilla but with all the vanilla fragrances I have, it hasnt been used :(. I did get my nose on the new Guerlain Extraits a few days ago and cant wait to hear what you think. I think the Tonka was my favorite and that Bergmonte isnt bad. The price point is making me judge them much more harshly than usual and i am not sure if I will get that Tonka one
Zara isn’t usually on my radar. I only own Warm, Rich Addictive. I may try a few if they are really that good. Vanilla is second only to patchouli so why not save a few coins.
I’m a vanilla King and I have 3 of , my favorite was supreme vanilla ! I didn’t like Vanilla Vibration..it was too sour green for me as well . I sprayed on skin and That pickle note lingered and overpowers the entire fragrance for hours . It doesn’t evolve .
I tried the new wood collection no 2, oh man am mesmerized by the smell it took me back to the early 90s but I can't remember which fragrance it is duping but definitely late 80s early 90s vipes you will love it Sebastian am sure give it a try, I checked also tob 03 from the tobacco collection it was very different though
@@GoranAbraxas How is the performance? Zara issues bottles so soon after the batch date that sometimes it takes a while for the fragrance to macerate and reach full strength. That’s what happened with my bottke of Jo Malone’s Ebony Wood. Over a year later, it seems much more long lasting than it did with my first few applications.
@@shave-a-thon3415 yes, I agree, having bought quite a lot of Zara perfumes. But these woody ones seem to be quite good performers right away. All three stay forever on paper and easily trump something like Antique Brown or one Bruno Banani fragrance I sprayed at the same time. Haven't yet worn it fully, but spraying Somewoody on my hand here and there it seems to be a great performer (unlike most Zara's in the first couple of weeks/months).
More Zara fir Jara! Did you ever review Zara’s Red Temptation, Rose Gourmand and Amber Fusion for women? They’ve all been re-released. Remember you still have the new Tobac, Eau, Leather and Wood lines to review. That’s 12 bottles in total.
I bought Suprême vanilla a month ago. The scent of it reminds smell of a sick stinking tooth that needs to be pulled out. This unpleasant smell is coupled with the sweet smell of vanilla creates some contrast like Yin Yang. Ultimately, I feel like smelling the unpleasant smell due to sweet Suprême Vanilla.
I had high hopes for Vanilla Vibration, as I heard it’s a dupe of Christian Loubiton LoubiRouge, which I love. But, as you say, noooo.. Not a good blend, rather screetchy..
Any possible comparisons to other vanilla fragrances like Mercedes Benz Club Black, or even Shalimar? Or in general, would you recommend any of these Zara's over any of those?
Heeey, not true! Your opinion counts around here. I began venturing into women “targeted” fragrances about a year ago. And sooo glad I did. As my fragrance preferences tend to be off the familiar path. My current faves: Chloe Nomad Naturelle Edp with it’s genius usage of Dates, Narciso Rodriguez Pure Musc, Elie Saab Girl Of Now with it’s Pistachio note, Hermes Eau Des Merveilles which I only wear on cold grey rainy days, and Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme with the Raspberry. Have you smelled any of these? And which womens fragrances are your faves? 😂😂

I agree!
I don’t mind the Zara reviews .. can’t review the expensive niche fragrances all the time. 🤷🏾♂️
I definitely appreciate the Zara reviews.

Seriously….. I think Zara should close their Clothing line and just focus on Fragrances 😂😂😂
Especially since the quality of their clothing went downhill since past decade and their fragrances keep getting better.

Mercedes Club Black is excellent. 2 sprays last me for half a day.
Only for it to be discontinued after a few weeks.
