One tip for you guys. You can scan your phone to the QR code at the seat handle in the high speed rail. That will connect your phone to the rail online system. You can check your real-time location on the train, order fast food delivery (yes, you can order KFC and McDonald’s, they will be delivered to your seat) plus many other useful functions which I’ve already forgot 😂

On the 19th I will go to Kashgar, Xinjiang. 🤪 Xinjiang has very beautiful scenery and fascinating culture.

I'm suggesting to use littering forbidden or littering is not allowed.

I agree with you Jack Torr & Sophia; In terms of infrastructure China is underrated. Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, you name it. Juxtaposing tradition with modernity is no easy feat.

This is a really nice recap of the highlights of the travelling so far in China. Have a great time! P.S. If you feel it is a bit warn on the train, you can ask the staff to adjust the temperature a little lower. The reason the room is not that cold is many Chinese don't like cold rooms.

窗外看不到人可能是因为高铁经过的地方会尽量避免人员聚集区，避免打扰人们生活，你看到的建筑大部分是工厂和一些小的农业区，这两种一般都不太会看到室外的人。
