It's sooo cold here (expected) -10° so I took a week off your Strong x5 to get my head right, I already miss it, and might do a solid workout on the weekend. Why did you move to Dubai? Just curious.
There were a few reasons but main one being that we were currently locked down and we just needed to get out of the UK ASAP! But the weather, the people, the lifestyle, how clean it is, how safe it is, the schooling is incredible, it’s very sociable, kids play outside all the time etc it’s just really refreshing to be here :))
