Hi doctor I’m 23 years old I’m a dentist from Kerala. I would like to hear your opinion regarding my concern. I do have mastalgia and dense breast ,mild to moderate during my periods. But on certain months that is when I’m on my vacay and I when I eat a lot of junk I feel the pain is so severe mostly at an area few days before the menstruation and the pain resolves after the period now I’m on my 5th day of period. The area is lumpy I can feel two lumps that is most painful before the period. I saw your videos and I feel these are features of fibrocystic disease but I have a history of breast cancer in my family and I’m worried. What should I do 😢

I'm a 36 year old woman. I stopped breastfeeding 8 months ago. Since then i was having some itching problem in my right breast.. since 3 months, i noticed 1 lobule in right breast is little bit larger than others.
I went and had an ultrasound. It showed benign solid nodule of 6.6 mm x 3.4 mm with the diagnosis of fibroadenoma (BIRIDS II) in the right breast.
Doctor prescribed me primosa boost and Evion for 3 months... 1 month gone, but no reduction in size of fibroadenoma yet. After watching your video i came to know that there is no treatment.
Yes my breast is painful 1 week before every period.... and the breast is harder because lactation was more in that breast earlier.. I noticed all these changes only after stopping breastfeeding.... No brrast problems before that....

1. Medicines given to you don’t help in reduction of size of the fibroadenoma. In fact there are hardly any meds which can reduce the size of these lesions
2. Please get an ultrasound don’t to rule out pus formation in the breast

Hey doctor, thanks for the information. I have been suffering from breast pain (cyclic) for 2 years, after getting married. Somebody recommended that I shower with hot water, bearable hot. So I sit under a hot shower for about 5 10 kins and it does the job for me
That’s a relaxation technique. Stress is one of the biggest triggers for this pain.
So deep breathing exercises and the one which you mentioned definitely help

i am having right side breast pain which i feel comes from bone under breast. also in right side arm pain and these happens mostly before 2 weeks of periods and once period starts, pain goes away but after 10-12 days of period, again coming the pain. also if i do any work(teaching on board and chalk, using laptop on table for 3hours and more, pain grows.

I've been having right breast breast pain . Ive done all the test, ultrasound . All came normal .Ive got vitamin d test done . Which is 21 ideally it should be greater than 30. So my vitamin d is insufficient. Tell me doctor what should i take to get rid of this pain.( sometimes burning or sometimes i feel nipple discharge but when i check it nothing . Sadly no, not at the time. They sent me away with an all clear. I had an ultrasound and mammogram at age 37, by the time I was 40 I had a lump which was persipated by a knock I had to my beast at work.

Sir, i feel pain in my right breast for last 6 years. And i have Inverted nipple on right breast. On 2018 i was done my first ultra. Ultra report was normal. Then last 2 January 2024, i again i am going to a breast specialist and he suggested me to do ultra, thyroid and prolactine hormone test. Again ultra report is normal, thyroid report is normal but my prolactine level is 30.
However, ultra report is Normal but i alway anxious about my Inverted nipple which is outward if i touch or cold it okay own.

The cause of your breast pain despite a normal usg is fibroadenosis and the biggest trigger for that is stress!

Well defined ,hypoechoic ,round to oval lesion of size 7×4mm wider than taller noted in outer quadrant of right breast 9 o clock position .
Lesion does not show internal vascularity,calcification or cystic changes with in.fat planes with the surrounding structures are well maintained.
Rest of the gland shows normal glandular pattern.
Sub-cutaneous plane appears normal.
Retro mammary plane well maintained.
No abnormal ducal dilatation.
Right axilla reveals no obvious sonographic abnormality.
IMPRESSION-
Right breast reveals
Well defined hypoechoic, Round to oval lesion in outer quadrant of right breast as described suggestive of birads type ll lestion . fibroadenoma .
Mammography report-
Both breast show normal fibroglandular tissue.
No evidence of spiculation , calcification or nodules is seen.
No evidence of scarring.
USGBOTH BREAST
No evidence of cystic or solid nodule.
IMPRESSION. Normal mammogram .
