The first finger exercise.
You actually get more weight if you don't flip the stick. Just slide your hand to the head and do same.
Also alternate between heavy and light sticks to balance the muscular growth.

You're welcome.
Being left handed isn't a disadvantage trust me.
What you'd need to do, is to invert the exercises that I give and put the more stressful work on your weaker hand which in this case is your right hand.
The most important thing to grow your drumming this year is to stay consistent with practicing the right thing with the right techniques everyday or at least 4-5 days in a week.

I'd rather you just did one thing per video and made them shorter, after the finger exercise at the start i had somthing to work on, by exercise 3 i had forgotton number 2. now half way through the video i;m turning it off, overload!!!

However the focus isn't on the speed but the ability to be consistent everyday!
