Many famous people lack/ed nothing in the material wealth of this world, but live/d miserable lives to the point of being driven to suicide!!! There are great lessons in this, money is necessary, but nothing more than a utility. True contentment comes from enjoying the blessings of the Almighty, remembering him and being grateful to him and more happiness from knowing the true creator and following his prescribed path.

I love cars!!! I custom ordered my first brand new car from Mercedes. I waited for it with excitement for months, I flew to Germany and visited the factory and AMG headquarters. It was an exciting trip. I waited for the car to be shipped and was happy when it made it home. A couple of days later, I was asked, "Are you happy now?". I said, "Oh yeah." The reality was, I was over it, and the whole thing was a flash. I was disappointed it didn't bring me the happiness I thought it would. Do you know what still brings a smile to my face and calmness? The thought of the people I helped out over the years for the sake of Allah, including ones who wronged me. The intent was that this was, for Allah's sake.

There are great lessons in this, money is necessary, but nothing more than a utility. True contentment comes from enjoying the blessings of the Almighty, remembering him and being grateful to him and more happiness from knowing the true creator and following his prescribed path.

I love cars!!! I custom ordered my first brand new car from Mercedes. I waited for it with excitement for months, I flew to Germany and visited the factory and AMG headquarters. It was an exciting trip. I waited for the car to be shipped and was happy when it made it home. A couple of days later, I was asked, "Are you happy now?". I said, "Oh yeah." The reality was, I was over it, and the whole thing was a flash. I was disappointed it didn't bring me the happiness I thought it would.
Do you know what still brings a smile to my face and calmness? The thought of the people I helped out over the years for the sake of Allah, including ones who wronged me. The intent was that this was, for Allah's sake.
There is also a deep happiness that occurs only when we help others! May Allah make me capable of doing it😪😔
