- Ben Hitchcock Cross goes Wisconsin's capitol Madison for a hearing before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Equal Rights Division for a Wisconsin Fari Employment Act Clam against the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
The Department of Workforce Development had some forewarning that Deliberate Indifference would be there to record, this is what we got.

I had to go get a cell phone to record on how the Oneida county District attorneys office treated me,with pure hate. After I walked out of the DAs I forgot my cell phone in public lobby,Lisa turned around and told the rest of the tax paid servant's "she has been here before,she is a nut job" Oneida County District Attorneys office employees are the nut jobs!

A government attorney using the police to tip the scales in their favor.... I hope that even if you are prevalent in this case you appeal the judge's authorization of law enforcement as a means to suppress your advocacy for your client.

Did that lawyer that called the cops really say your insulting her ethics is disorderly to incite a breach of the peace? That those words would lead a reasonable person to lash out with violence??? Wow.
Good thing she went to attorney school to learn all the inflammatory terminology to make sure it sounds like a crime was committed.
She made sure to make that point- “she knows” so there is no need to question a thing if she says it is so. Good thing someone was recording to see the reality of the situation.

In addition, the animosity of the investigators and DA’s towards the defense teams. I’m old enough to know that it is not supposed to be that way. Good thing they were there. You can request the police reports, body cams, etc. which will show how egregious this behavior is by the opposing counsel.

I'm actually located in Racine county Wisconsin and I'm currently dealing with a good handful of bogus charges for daring to speak against the police department in racine. This is the second year in a row that they have done this

By this cop being in a position of presumed authority constantly pushing claiming that he is only asking you to curb your speech and your enthusiasm to advocate for your client that is him attempting to dissuade you from your rights which is him attempting to violate your rights under color of law by trying to intimidate you out of exercising those rights. And the fact that the judge called this officer in to do that is conspiracy against rights.

They could solve all this by allowing recording as a matter of operating procedure. Instead they rely solely on handwritten notes by the hearing examiner. These are things that can be remedied quite easily!

The fact that judge thinks the police deescalate situations shows the bubble she lives in. In her world they don’t escalate. In the real world without a judge around they DO escalate. There are thousands of videos and judicial records that prove that.

I find her behaviour to be at a level that requires an investigation into her mental capacity. She doesn’t seem to be capable of knowing the law & actually understanding exactly the requirements to fufill disorderly behaviour.
