Cycle analysis does not suggest magnitude. Only direction and duration. And yes, all cycle analysis adjusts to ongoing price action, but the longer Hurst cycles, like the 18-year, 9-year, and 4.5-year do not "adjust" often, and therefore the longer phasing (and therefore the suggested longer-term roadmap) usually stays relatively unchanged from month to month.
