    Spermatadine, resveratrol, berberine and dandilion leaves also block MTOR.

    Tea, depending on how it's brewed, can have similar amounts of caffeine to coffee. I know people who can't drink coffee because it gives them jitters, but are fine with tea.
    Coffee contains plant steroids called phytosterols, which might be the problem and not the caffeine itself.

      Yea also contains OXALATES stay under 50 mg/day of oxalates. Coffee does not. Sally K Norton taught me that my joint inflammation and thyroid issues could be addressed, pain free at 68 I am very careful about oxalates now.

      Saturated fat from animal sources is GOOD & cholesterol is also BUT you need to have normal to low triglycerides otherwise some temporary Rx can help if you accept the therapy of lifestyle changes (low carb-exercise)
