love dr mobeen. one of the few sources of valid medical information. he is a doctor who other doctors need to spend a lot of time listening to.
Love this Dr Been!
You are a superb teacher 🙏🏻
Spermatadine, resveratrol, berberine and dandilion leaves also block MTOR.
Yay! So happy God created coffee beans! 🙌
Great!
Tea, depending on how it's brewed, can have similar amounts of caffeine to coffee. I know people who can't drink coffee because it gives them jitters, but are fine with tea.
Coffee contains plant steroids called phytosterols, which might be the problem and not the caffeine itself.
Yea also contains OXALATES stay under 50 mg/day of oxalates. Coffee does not. Sally K Norton taught me that my joint inflammation and thyroid issues could be addressed, pain free at 68 I am very careful about oxalates now.
@@barblacy619 I’m not understanding. Is coffee or tea highest in oxalates? Should I drink tea or coffee? Thank you!!
@@Lovescoffeeandtea tea is higher in oxalates
Please ask FLCCC saturated fat cholesterol research
See Dr Ken Berry and Dr Paul Mason and the heart surgeon who honestly wants you OFF his operating table, Dr Phillip Ovadia
Saturated fat from animal sources is GOOD & cholesterol is also BUT you need to have normal to low triglycerides otherwise some temporary Rx can help if you accept the therapy of lifestyle changes (low carb-exercise)
First like!! 😆
